但液氨储罐向蒸发器的动力来源于液氨的饱和蒸汽压,当温度较低,饱和蒸汽压低于氨气的工作压力时,液氨输出成问题;环境温度高时,储罐压力高,危险性相对高,需要设置降温。故该方案对环境温度有一定的选择性。设置二: 该方案的设置适合于中、小装置的使用。特点是安全可靠,操作灵活。 液氨储罐采用常温高压容器。压缩机可以用来制造储罐和槽车之间压差、储罐与储罐压差、抽气等操作,从而达到液氨、气氨的输送。液氨的输送依靠液氨的饱和蒸汽压,冬天是利用压缩机抽蒸发器的氨气加入储罐加压,可以节约一套液氨泵的购买、运行费用。 设置三: 该方案的设置适合于大装置、高温环境的使用。特点是相对常温高压容器投资小、安全,但运行费用高。 当液氨使用量较大的企业,液氨储罐的库存量也较大。采用大型储罐按常温高压容器设计,投资将大幅度增加。此时可采用低温低压容器,配套设置可靠的制冷措施是更可信的方案。冰机的设置,可以保证氨储罐内的压力低于工作压力。压缩机主要用于槽车卸氨使用。由于液氨为低压储存,储罐压力不能满足输送要求,故用液氨泵向外输送。 二:液氨储存系统主要单元的介绍 2.1 液氨储罐 液氨储罐按外形常见为卧式罐、球罐。按储存形式为常温高压储存、低压低温储罐。储罐的数量一般不小于两个,便于事故时物料的中转。储罐体积根据企业的使用和货运情况,可取5-10天储存量。储罐应配现场、远传的压
