一心理学的对象、任务和方法 1、心理学:是研究人的心理现象发生、发展规律的科学。 2、个性心理特征:是在个体身上表现出来的比较稳定的心理特点,包括能力、气质和性格。 3、认识过程:是人通过感觉、知觉、记忆、思维、想象等形式反映客观事物的特性、联系 或关系的过程。 4、心理现象:是心理过程和个性心理特征的统一体。 5、心理过程:是指人的心理活动发生、发展的过程,具体而言,是指在客观事物的作用下,在一定的时间内大脑反映客观现实的过程。 6、心理学研究的发展性原则:是将人的心理活动看成是一个变化发展的过程,在发展中研究个体在不同年龄阶段上 心理的发生和发展。 7、观察法:有目的、有计划地观察被试在一定条件下言行的变化,作出详尽的纪录,然后进行分析处理,从而判断其心理活动的方法。 8、实验法:按照研究目的,有计划地严格控制或创设条件去主动引起或改变被试的心理活动,从而进行分析研究的方法。分为实验室实验法和自然实验法。 9、测验法:通过标准化测验来研究个体心理或行为差异的一种方法。 10、调查法:是指同时向一个总体的有代表性的样本问一些同样的问题。通常采用如下几种具体的方式,即谈话、问卷、活动产品分析。 11、个案研究法:对单一研究对象的某个或某些方面进行广泛深入研究的方法,也称个案法。 12、心理学的学科性质:心理学是一门与自然科学和社会科学都有关系的边缘科学。 二、心理的生理基础 1、神经元:即神经细胞。它是神经系统最基本的结构和功能单位,它由细胞体、轴突和树突三部分组成。 2、突触:即两个神经元接触的部位。 3、反射:是神经系统最基本的活动方式。 它是有机体的中枢神经系统对一定的外 界刺激所作的有规律的应答。 4、反射弧:执行反射的全部神经结构叫 反射弧。 5、条件反射:是后天的,在个体生活过 程中获得的反射。是高等动物在无条件 反射基础上形成的反射。它是动物个体 生活过程中为适应环境的变化而建立起 来的暂时神经联系。 6、无条件反射:是先天的,与生俱来的 反射。它是机体和环境之间的比较恒定 的联系,它是在种族发展过程中建立并 遗传下来的,只是那些为数有限的固定 的直接 刺激作用于一定的感受器引起的恒定的 活动,基本上是皮层下中枢的活动。 7、工具性条件反射:(操作性条件反射) 是指一定刺激情境中,如果动物的某种 反应的后果能满足其某种需要,则以后 它的这种反应出现的几率就会提高。工 具性条件反射是有机体在后天生活过程 中经过学习而开成的一种反应形式。 8、经典性条件反射:是指一个原来并不 能引起某种本能反射的中性刺激物,由 于它总是伴随某个能引起该本能反射的 刺激物出现,如此多次重复之后,这个 中性刺激物也能引起该本能反射。巴甫 洛夫称之为条件反射或条件作用,后人 称之为经典性条件反射或经典性条件作 用。 9、刺激过程:客观事物或以物理的性质 或是以化学的性质影响人们的感受器, 感受器在受影响后发生变化,引起传入 神经的变化,再引起中枢的变化,这就 是刺激过程。 10、不应期:是指神经细胞发生一次冲 动之后,在一个很短的时间内,对任何 刺激不做反应。 11、第一信号系统:用具体事物作为条 件刺激物所形成的条件反射系统叫做第 一信号系统。 12、第二信号系统:用语词作为条件刺 激物所形成的条件反射系统叫做第二信 号系统。 13、动力定型:本来是由一连串刺激形 成的一连串反应,训练巩固以后,只要 开头刺激出现,后面一连串反应就可以 依次出现,巴浦洛夫把这种现象叫做动 力定型。 14、强化:开成条件反射的基本条件就 是无条件刺激物与中性刺激物在时间上 的反复结合,这个过程称为强化。 15:泛化:巴浦洛夫认为,任何一个刺 激物一旦成为条件刺激物后,在初期不 仅本身能引起条件反射,就是和它相近 似的刺激物初次作用时,也会产生条件 反射,这种现象称为泛化。 16、分化:条件反射形成的后期,用与 条件刺激相类似的刺激不再能引起同样 的条件反射,这种现象称为分化。 17、强化时程表:斯金纳认为强化是行 为形成和改变的最根本规律,实验发现 强化安排的效果主要取决于时间和次数 的分配,斯金纳把这种分配叫做强化时 程表。 18、外抑制:额外刺激物出现,对正在 进行的条件反射发生的抑制称为外抑 制。 19、超限抑制:当刺激过强、过多或作 用时间过久时,神经细胞不但不能引起 兴奋,反而会发生抑制,这叫超限抑制。 20、消退抑制:条件反射由于没有爱到 强化而发生的抑制叫消退抑制。 21、分化抑制:只对条件刺激物加以强 化,而对与其近似的刺激物不强化,经 过若干次后,只有条件刺激物才能引起 条件反射性反应,近似刺激物引起的反 应受到抑制,这种抑制称为分化抑制。 22、听觉性失语症:颞叶的颞上回的后 方(听觉性语言中枢)受损后,病人虽 能讲话,但言语混乱而割裂;能听到别 人的语,但不能理解讲话的意思。因此 这种病人,与人谈话时常常答非所问, 称为听觉性失语症。 23、相互诱导:兴奋和抑制紧密联系着, 其中一种神经过程可以引起或加强另一 种神经过程,这种现象称为神经过程的 相互诱导。 24、正诱导:由抑制过程所引起或加强 周围的兴奋过程称为正诱导。
