科学研究表明，一个人处于自信状态时，思维能力非常活跃，精神
也一直保持乐观、积
极向上的状态；而处于自卑时，就显得思维反应迟钝，看上去也精
神萎靡，像冬天霜打过的
茄子一样，整天都是蔫的。好比同学们参加考试，对于自己擅长的
科目往往可以轻松胜任，
而越是没把握的科目越是学不进去，考试的时候即使准备了很久也
会有心里没底的感觉，从
而影响了发挥。其实我们一定考不好吗？也许能力和基础只是其次，在平时不擅长的科目面
前没自信才是最根本的原因吧。我从小学开始一直不喜欢数学，认
为自己没天赋学习数学，
到了中学就算一直被逼着学习，心里也一直认为自己不可能学好，
所以即使做了大量的题目，
接受了老师大量的私人补习也还是没自信，结果到了高考的时候心
理压力太大，竟然比平时
的考试还考得低，只考了七十几分。而跟我一个班的另一个同学虽
然数学基础也不好，却总
是信心满满地相信只要多做题考试绝对没问题，结果到了考场上超
常发挥，考了意料之外的
高分。
相信自己的影响可以明显的也可以是点点滴滴的，就像之前故事中
的小女孩，以为自己
带着绿蝴头蝶结非常漂亮，立马抬起了，她很迅速地收获到了老师
的称赞和同学的夸奖。而
我相信，自信带给人的影响绝不止这一时半会，而当一个人意识到
相信自己的重要性时，生
活带给他的改变将会是很多很多的。也许正是因为他们的相信和鼓励，我决定将生活中的阴霾都可以丢掉，做一个自信且美
丽的“谭老师”。改变自己的过程并不像《心灵鸡汤》里因为人家的
一句鼓励便神奇地改变了
你的一生，这个改变更多地是需要自身的努力的。刚开始的学会我
走向讲台在众人面前发言，
30秒都不到的发言甚至要花掉我整整30分钟的时间来鼓励自己，
甚至是逼迫自己，我是谭
老师，我有我自己的学生，我要为我的学生树立起勇敢的榜样，第
一次讲课前需要自己不停
歇地去对自己说。上台之前还会一直颤抖，那样的经历真的会让我
领悟到，所有蜕变付出的

人生追求都开始改变，都不能离开最初的那有低头走路、到面带笑

在漫漫人生旅途中，我们笑过，哭过，我们成功过，失败过。挫折，失败也许曾一点点
的慢慢吞噬你的信心，使你胆怯。但是，朋友们，失败，它并不可怕，可怕的是它带来了自
卑。在不知不觉中，它消磨软化我们的信念，钝化我们的锐气，使
我们畏缩不前。于是，我
们开始怀疑自己，否定自己，最后自我消沉。可是，你甘愿一直这
么颓废平庸下去吗？
不，我不愿意！从现在开始我院相信自己，作为一个自信且美丽的
人跟大家分享我的人生。那么，怎样才能更好地保持自信呢？首先，看清自己。自信，就是自己信得过自己，自己看得起自己。它，不
是孤芳自赏，
也不是夜郎自大，更不是得意忘形，毫无根据的自以为是和盲目乐观：而是激励自己奋发进
取的一种心里素质，是以高昂的斗志，充沛的干劲迎接生活挑战的
一种乐观情绪，是战胜自
己，告别自卑，摆脱烦恼的一种灵丹妙药。自信是对自己能力的肯定，并不同于自傲、自夸、
自大或自命不凡。对自己能力的肯定也即是更知道和清楚自己的实
力和分量，所谓知己知彼，
百战不殆！只有自信，人才能志气昂仰、精神抖擞地去学习、去工作、去奋斗、去拼搏！在此提醒我们的学弟学妹们，趁早认清自己，认清自己能做什么想做什么，优势在哪怎
样更好地发挥，弱点在哪怎样更好地弥补，这都是即将面临毕业的
你们应该思考的问题。理
清自己你会发现------你，虽有缺点却也并不至于那么那么地不完美，取长补短去粗取精，
你其实并不必任何一个人差。第二，自信源自实力，要坚持实习就
要保持源源不断的沟通与学习。这点不仅包括专业
上的技能，更包括做人和学习上的能力。在这个大学我学到了很多多，每一个领导、老师、
和同学和身上都有让人学习的闪光点，这让我感到非常自豪。在此
提醒学弟学妹们要学会多
主动交际、多与他人沟通。出入社会最需要做的便是与人交流，在
学校里面最需要做的也是
在保持专业学习的前提下最大限度与身边的人交流，借他人的经验
让自己迅速成长。大学的
自身定位，做事方向及目标都要明确，但是如果你不多与他人沟通
交流，你的定位和了解可
能就会是片面的、不成熟的，这十分影响个人的成长。要学好专业
课便要学会主动和老师沟
通，只有在你更深地了解各学科、熟识授课老师，你的学习才能更
高效率，同时让老师也了
解了学生，能让老师上课有更好的效果。而当你注意观察一下身边
的同学，无论身处什么样
的位置，拥有什么样的荣誉，你身边的人总会有让你学习不尽的优点。当你走到你一定的阶
段，你或许会开始在周遭有些许的优越感，这个时候你最需要的空
杯精神。或许在某一方面

尝试！多尝试自己可能有兴趣的东西：无论是选修课程还是兼职工
作，无论是参加社团还是学生会，花足够的时间去尝试、体验，努力寻找兴趣所在。我从高一开始就喜欢与说话打交道，所以我加入了广播站，现在也是，而且只要有机会说话，我就紧紧抓住，这次也不例外。
这也是我要说的第二点，牢牢抓住每一次能够让自己得到锻炼的机会，因为在这个过程中，能够发现你在哪一方面更加擅长。我在百度贴吧曾看到过这样一项调查：在大学期间上课回答问题的人就业率高出那些保持沉默的同学75%，而这些人当中有60%都参加过学生会、校团委或是社团，其中毕业后两年内就做到高管的大多为学生会主席或是学生干部！因为在这些组织中，我们随时都在得到锻炼，而他们也总是主动寻找锻炼的机会。现在请大家回想一下：你是不是紧紧抓住了自己的每一次机会呢？
最后，在找到自己兴趣，并努力抓紧机会的同时，脚踏实地，认真走好每一步，用心去体会！
