一、考试目的

本英语考试旨在全面衡量考生经过大学英语基础阶段学习后的英语综合应用能力，为转专业选拔提供参考依据。

二、适用专业

除悉尼工商学院以外的所有专业。

三、考试内容及具体要求

1.试卷构成

转专业英语考试由以下六部分构成：１）听力理解; ２）阅读理解; ３）完型填空； 4）改错； 5）英汉互译； 6）写作。各部分测试内容、题型和所占分值比例见下表：

转专业英语考试各部分所考核的内容、题型和答题方式如下：

１）听力理解 (Listening Comprehension)

听力理解部分测试考生获取口头信息的能力，包括理解主旨大意及有关细节、隐含意义，判断话语的交际功能，领会作者观点和态度等。

录音材料用标准的英式或美式英语朗读，语速约为每分钟150词。听力部分分值为25分，其中长对话7分，短文8分，听写占10分。

长对话 (Long Conversations)部分为多项选择题，即考生需从四个备选项中选出一个最佳答案。此部分共有二段长对话，每段为５-８轮对话和３-４个问题，此部分共7题，每题后留有１２秒的答题时间，全部对话材料仅播放一遍。

短文部分（Listening Passages）共有三篇短文，为多项选择题，即考生需从四个备选项中选出一个最佳答案，每篇长度约为240-300词，每篇短文后设2-3个问题，共8题，每题后留有１２秒的答题时间，所有短文仅朗读一遍。

听写（Dictation）测试考生从词汇到语篇的听力理解能力，测试内容为一篇240-260词的短文，删去若干个单词（S1-S8）及若干词组(S9-S11)，其中第一句不设空。全文共朗读三篇，要求考生根据听到的内容填写所缺信息。第一遍为正常语速，单词和词组后不停顿;第二遍在需填写的单词或词组后留有相应的停顿时间，其中单词停顿5秒，词组停顿10秒。第三遍为正常语速，不设停顿时间，供考生复核所填写的内容。所填写的单词及词组必须与原词一致，误填、漏填、大小写及拼写错误等一律不给分。

２）阅读理解

阅读理解（Reading Comprehension）部分测试考生通过阅读获取书面信息的能力，包括辨别和理解中心思想和重要细节及运用语言技能理解文章的能力等，均采用多项选择题的方式进行考核，即考生需从四个

备选项中选出一个最佳答案。共有4-5篇文章，每篇长度约为450-500词，每篇后有4-5个问题，共2０题，分值比例为２０分。

３）完型填空

完型填空部分有20个空白，空白处删去的词既有实词也有虚词，每空为一题，每题有四个选择项，要求考生根据文章理解，选择一个最佳答案，使短文意思完整和结构正确。完型填空部分短文的长度为250－300词，分值比例为10分。

4）改错

改错（Error Correction）测试考生语言理解及运用能力，要求考生根据对文章的理解，运用语篇、语法及词汇知识，辨认文章中出现的语言错误并加以改正。

本部分的短文长度为250-300词左右，其中有1O行标有题号。每行含有一个语言错误或没有错误。若没有语言错误，则考生只需在该标号行旁的横线上打勾；若有语言错误，则考生需根据题目说明中给出的“增添”、“删除，或“改变其中的某一单词或短语”三种方法中的一种改正错误。此部分分值比例为１０分。

5）翻译

翻译部分主要测试考生用正确的词汇及语法结构，运用基本的英汉、汉英翻译理论与技巧，按照英汉习惯表达思想的能力。

转专业英语考试翻译部分分为英译汉和汉译英，各提供50－100词左右的短文。若原文为英语，则要求考生将短文翻译成汉语；若原文为汉语，则考生需将其译成英语。译文需通顺，达意。翻译部分所占分值共为20分。

5）写作

写作选用考生所熟悉的题材。考生根据给定的题目和所提供的提纲、情景、图片、图表等，写出一篇不少于150词的短文，思想表达准确，意义连贯，条理清晰，语言通顺恰当。此部分分值比例为15分。

3.词汇

转专业英语考试要求考生累计掌握5，500左右英语单词，其中能正

确拼写并掌握其基本词义和用法的单词不少于1200及一定量的常用词组。

4. 其他

所有答案一律写在答题卡和答题纸上，凡是写在试题册上的一律无效，责任由考生自负。

客观题答案请用2B铅笔在答题卡上涂画，试卷类型栏不划。涂画时请对准题号，客观选择题每题只能选一个答案，多选作废，答错不倒扣分。

复合听写、翻译（包括英译汉和汉译英）和作文等主观题答案请做在答题纸上。请用黑色或蓝色水笔书写。不得用铅笔及红笔做答，否则试卷作废。

考试时不得使用词典及其他任何电子工具书。
