1、课前复习。 2、导入新课。先让学生自行讨论可以避免受教师的想法所局限没有自己的见解。学生合作精神的培养尤为重要，学生通过这一环节既能够有自主学习的机会，锻炼了与他人的合作，并在探索中有其个性思维发散的空间。 3、听力训练。听两遍录音，了解课文大意。 4、阅读。 5、重点词句讲解。 6、最后一个环节是作业。当学生探讨完这些问题后，我会问他们，面对这种现状，我们能做些什么呢？如何保持健康？以此为题写一篇作文。我布置这项作业的依据是新课标的要求。新课标指出：写作需有明确的动机和积极的态度，写作的题目应结合学生的实际需要，是他们具有写作的愿望这样他们才能了与写作才能重返自己的思维能力，而不是为了应付教师而做的作业。当然，在具体的教学过程中，仍有许多问题存在。如：对学生学习的积极性的调动不够，课堂上学生的表现不够活跃。知识点的讲解还有不够清楚的地方，要在以后的教学中多努力。
