BILL OF WORKS - AIR-CONDITIONING & MECHANICAL VENTILATION Tenderer is required to fill in the prices below in full for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance thereafter of the air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) for a period of twelve (12) months in accordance to this tender specifications and relevant drawings.

Tender price in this section shall be on a basis of fixed lump sum for the proposed supply and installation as strictly per tender specifications and drawings, and Tenderer must assure completion and handover in complete functional and operatable system meeting specification. Tenderer must also fully understood the design, construction and operation requirement of this installation. Any technical issue, discrepancy or clarification required must be brought to the Engineer's attention prior to award of this tender.

Tender prices shall be inclusive of all duties and taxes.

Any alternative proposal shall be separated from this tender exercise and must carry good engineering ractice value with its technical specification and performance not less than tender specification, and also beneficial in long term operation.
