7. be important to sb. 对…重要

8. though = although 作连词，虽然，尽管，放在句子中间/句首，不能和but连用

15. spare adj. 空闲的；不用的in one’s spare time “ 在某人的空闲时间”

16. case n. 情况；实情in that/this case “既然那样；即使那样的话”

in case (of) 以免；以防；如果

17. stick v. 粘贴；将...刺入过去式：

stick to 坚持(意见原则计划决定诺言等), 有“执意不改变”的意思。

定语从句：

（1）、定语从句：由关系代词或者关系副词引导，修饰主句中的一个名词性成分，相当于一个形容词的功能，就叫做定语从句。

（2）、先行词：被定语从句修饰的词叫先行词。先行词分为人或者物。

（3）、关系词：引导定语从句的词叫关系词。关系词分为关系代词和关系副词。
