某型随车起重运输车的总体设计

摘 要：文章以某重型越野汽车搭载5吨级随车起重机的总体设计为依托，对比了随车起重机以前置式、中置式和后置式三种不同模式在基础车型上的布置对越野汽车整车性能的影响。通过实例对H 型支腿跨距的校核计算，对随车起重运输车的抗倾覆性稳定性计算，校核了该车型的静稳定性和作业稳定性。

The overall design of a certain type of crane truck

Abstract: In this paper, based on the overall design of a heavy off-road vehicle equipped with a 5-ton truck crane, Meanwhile the effet of front, middle and rear layout pattern on off-road vehicle performance was compared. Then the checking calcula -tion of H leg span is carried out through examples, and the overturning ability of crane truck was calculated. It means that the static and operation stability of the vehicle are checked.

前言

随车起重运输车，俗称随车吊，既具备普通载货汽车的

运输能力，又具备起重机的起吊功能，是一种能够实现货物

快速装卸、运输的专用车。在专用车领域，随车起重运输车

可以执行物资装卸、运输、倒运等作业任务。

与民用随车起重运输车使用条件不同，在越野运输车领

域的随车起重运输车，除了具备基本的起吊功能外，还应具

备一定的越野行驶能力、公路续驶里程及环境适应性。因此，

该型随车起重运输车以越野汽车底盘作为基型平台进行搭载。 1 越野随车起重运输车的总体设计

本文简要介绍了某越野汽车搭载5吨级随车起重机（见

图1）的总体设计概况。其主要性能指标见表1。
