第一步:精听听力资料(最好不要看原文)

在听力的训练的时候,学生总是习惯看录音的文字材料,他们经常是一边看材料一边听录音。表面上看,这样作的效果确实不错,学生似乎理解了听力材料。但事实上,学生对听力材料的理解仅仅停留在表面文字上,而实际听力水平并没有提高,一旦他们放下文字材料去集中精听录音的话,原来未听出的语言点还是没听懂。这其中的原因主要由量点:一是,学生在听录音的时候,他们的注意力都集中在文字材料上,而非单词的发音上,他们的听与看是两个独立的环节,并没有完全融为一体。二是,再看文字材料的时候,学生并没有真正的学会如何利用这些文字材料所包含的信息,句子的结构、句间的关系等等。

所以为了弥补这两点,当我拿到一篇听力材料的时候,首先要做的应该是盲听,当然一开始一定会觉得很困难,但是我们可以一句一句的听,每一句反复多听几遍。实在听不出的,可以最后再核对答案。在这个环节主要是要培养学生不依赖听力文本,毕竟在考试或日常生活的沟通中是没有所谓“文本”可以参照的。这样一句一句直到把每一句话完全“吃掉“,已经基本上可以保证你已听懂了这段文章。在这之后,我们可以挑出听力文本中不认识的单词,地道的表达方式和句法结构进行更进一步的学习。

第二步:有效的模仿

英语的语音语调与汉语的不同,学生在学习英语的时候,常常以汉语中的某些音去简单的代替英语中的近似音,以汉语的节奏和语调来读英语。更有写学生受家乡方言的发音方式影响,例如:湖南人v/w/f不分;或者是元音发的够到位不够饱满,都是影响学生听口的重要因素。所以,我们在听录音的过程中,看搞清楚听力材料意思之后,应该不断的揣摩模仿录音材料中的语音,语调,逐渐熟悉,反复实践,不断修正自己。这样,在模仿和练习的基础上逐步掌握地道的发音方式和语音语调。这一步要强调的是,在最初纠正发音的过程中不要一味的求快求语速,而是要强调一字一句都发音到位,哪怕是一开始语速慢一点也没关系,只有在养成了良好的发音习惯之后才能进一步的提高语速。

第三步:同步复述

当大家已经把这段录音的意思完全搞懂了,而且能够惟妙惟肖的基本同步复述了。请大家注意,直到现在你的大脑还没有动起来,也就是说这些完全是些机械的模仿,刻板的复述。这种机械的重复对于我们的口语和开口能力是不会有“事半功倍“的效果的。

要想提高自己的口语水平,在这里就一定要学会用自己的话,请注意是用自己的话,而不是照本宣章,把所听到录音的大意死活说出来。做这一步是在听完整段录音之后。此时所说的英语才是你真正的英语口语水平。在练习中尽量使用刚刚听到的一些关键动词和词组。在说的时候,想象自己正在对一个没有听过录音的同学讲述故事的情节。我相信很多同学在刚刚开始练习的时候会“憋的”说不出几句象样的话,或是在大意和情节上丢三落四的。出现这种情况太正常了。这样就反映了我们刚刚所做的同步复述只是一个辨音过程。现在所做的自我总结才真正开动了我们的大脑,提高了真正的口语水平。

第四步:专业的指导
