腕踝针结合体针、中药熏洗治疗膝关节痛40例疗效观察

【摘要】目的探讨腕踝针结合体针、中药熏洗治疗膝关节痛的临床疗效。方法 40例膝关节痛患者，均实施腕踝针结合体针、中药熏洗治疗。观察分析患者的临床疗效。结果 40例患者中，治愈24例，显效10例，减轻5例，无效1例，总有效率为97.5%。结论腕踝针结合体针、中药熏洗治疗膝关节痛疗效显著，其操作简单，有推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective; ;To discuss the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of knee joint pain. Methods; ;A total of 40 cases of knee joint pain all treated by wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and Chinese herbal fumigation， and their clinical efficacy was observed and analyzed. Results; Of the 40 patients， 24 cases were cured， 10 cases were markedly effective， 5 cases were relieved， and 1 case was ineffective. The total effective rate was 97.5%. Conclusion; Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and Chinese herbal fumigation shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of knee pain with simple operation， and has the value of popularization.

我国已开始迈入老龄化社会，膝关节痛是中老年人常见病及多发病，病因以骨性关节炎最多，其次为外伤性膝关节痛。属于中医“膝痹”、“痛痹”、“伤筋”范畴，多因风湿、寒湿、

肝肾亏虚、外伤等所致[1]。作者运用中医综合疗法即腕踝针结合体针、中药熏洗治疗40例膝关节痛患者取得较理想疗效，现汇报如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料选取2018年5月～2019年11月本院收治的40例膝关节痛患者，其中男18例，女22例;平均年龄67岁;病程1 d～15年;膝关节骨性关节炎22例，膝关节韧带损伤12例，膝关节滑膜炎3例，类风湿性关节炎3例。

1. 2 治疗方法所有患者均先行腕踝针治疗，再行体针治疗，最后配合中药熏洗治疗。
