6 Thermal test

1)Requirements

A sustained and steady temperature sample environment, the full-load running time T (power consumption less than 15W, testing time at least 4 hours; power consumption 15 ~ 30W, testing time at least 6 hours; 30 ~ 50W, testing time at least 9 hours; other specification recommends testing 24 hours).

2)Test method

Test the key Component center and top surface temperature. the key component contain CPU、PCBA and every thermal source area, the surface include Top、bottom,DUT on full load at least 4 Hours(or longer time) and be set in the box at 70℃(as shown).

7 Environment-climate

7.1 Requirement

1) Environmental testing, To ensure that the hardware version and software version of the samples meet test

requirements, test sample at least 1pcs;

2) Conditional test, to ensure that the samples at room temperature (room temperature: air temperature

25 ℃ or so) under the conditions without exception;

3) Test requirements as far as possible in order to achieve the following order: low temperature test work -

the work of testing high-temperature - high and low temperature cycling test ;

4) The high-low temperature cycle test, you must work to ensure that high-temperature and low temperature

test work be carried out without exception; 7.2 Determinant
