小学英语创新型作业设计案例 一、案例背景 作业是小学英语教学中必不可少的重要环节,在重视培养学生素质教育的今天,其作用进一步凸现。传统的作业,多数属于封闭性的作业,无论是在设计理念还是作业形式上与新课标的要求都有一定的差距。现行的小学英语作业形式普遍是单纯地抄单词等机械训练,这种固定单一、一成不变、缺少创造性的作业将严重影响学生学习兴趣、挫伤学习热情,影响身心的健康发展。新课程标准指出基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神;培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神。教师应尝试设计创新型作业,将多种知识的获得和多种能力的训练有机结合,为学生提供张扬个性、激励创新的空间,使学生在自主、合作、探究的过程中获得良好的情感体验,培养健康的人格。对此我做了以下方式的尝试与探索。 二、案例分析 1、画图制作型作业。通过作业充分展示学生才艺特长、张扬个性。心理学表明:小学生主要以具体形象思维为主,逐步向抽象思维过渡,让学生动眼、动耳、动口、动脑、动心、动情,将有利于学生全面、主动地发展。据此教师在设计作业时,可以让学生在学习中玩一玩,画一画,培养学生的学习兴趣。例如,学生们在学完字母后,让他们绘制图文并茂的字母卡片,你会惊喜的发现有的学生将字母A设计成了滑梯;有的将字母B设计成了眼镜;有的将字母C设计成了月亮、小船等等。接下来教师就可以帮助学生将这种画图乐趣转移到绘制单词卡片上,很多时候,不需要教师督促,学生就会主动将各种制作精美的卡片交到教师的手上。随着学生动手能力、实践能力的增强,画图已不能满足学生的需求,教师还可以补充设置一些制作作业,让学生自由选择。我给学生布置这项作业后,学生交上了用泡沫或橡皮泥制成的蛋糕、用彩纸制成的话筒、笛子、用纸盒制成的电脑、用布缝制的国旗……有时教师还可以借用学生制作的精美作品当教具,这对于学生来说,是何等兴奋的事啊。 2、表演型作业。美国著名教育家布鲁斯说:“教学生任何科目决不是对学生灌输固定知识,而是启发学生主动地去获取和组织知识。教师不能把学生教成一个活动书柜,而是教学生如何思维。”拓展性作业是指以“课本知识”为基本点,以“与基本点相关的知识”为拓展内容,然后学生发挥想象力、创造力,运用所学语言来完成作业。教师可以将课本对话延伸和拓展,布置学生排演课本剧、小品等作业。或者让学生尝试做一些读写背以外的课外的学习和实践。例如,办英语手抄报或电子报,摘抄和欣赏一些英语名言警句、诗歌、小幽默等。学生在“出版”的过程中,要寻找资料,收集材料,这一过程无形中培养了他们收集信息和阅读的能力。要求学生将当日所学的英语歌曲、小诗唱给父母听、教父母学单词等等。并由家长在作业本上写反馈,评价“小老师”的表现得A、B或C。 3、演讲型作业。在此特别提出实践性作业应具有可操作性,如:对于好学生,要求利用英语句型进行Daily report(值日报告),学生能够在教师的引

They appreciated the tricky point that any major change can be stressful. Bad events like "serious illness of a family member" were high on the list, but so were some helpful life-changing events like marriage. When you take the Holmes-Rahe test you must remember that the score does not show how you deal with stress - it only shows how much you have to deal with. And we now know that the way you deal with these events dramatically (戏剧性的) affects your chances of staying healthy. By the early 1970s, hundreds of similar studies had followed Holmes and Rahe. And millions of Americans who work and live under stress worried over the reports. Somehow the research got boiled down to a memorable message.
