外贸采购订单格式

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* MATERIALS: As per the specified quality, type, sizes, color and finishes vide in the attached quotation, approved by the Client on presentation of the samples.

* SERVICE AFTER SALES: Within the period of (30) days after installation. Exclusive of replacement for a new item or its missing parts.

* DELIVERY TIMINGS: 40 - 50 Days from the date of official LPO

* QUOTATION VALIDITY: 30 days upon receipt.

* PAYMENT TERMS: 60 Days from the date of invoice
