湖北第二师范学院中外合作办学情况 （2013年9月至2014年9月） 我校中外合作办学项目均由国际学院负责管理。现有两个学历教育项目: 1．与新西兰南方理工学院（Southern Institute of Technology, New Zealand）合作举办“酒店管理”专业专科教育项目； 2．与美国佛罗里达理工学院（Florida Institute of Technology）合作“电子信息科学与技术”专业本科教育项目。 一、中新合作项目 根据教育部教外司综【2010】1082号文件《关于中外合作办学项目备案编号的复函》、湖北省教育厅鄂教外【2010】7号文件、鄂教外【2014】29号文件《省教育厅关于湖北经济学院等11所高校中外合作办学项目复核结果的批复》的相关审核意见，批准湖北第二师范学院与新西兰南方理工学院（Southern Institute of Technology, New Zealand）合作举办酒店管理专业高等专科教育项目，教育部备案编号为PDE42NZ3AN。该项目每年招生40人，学制三年，学费17000元/年。 该项目独特优势：实行中外联合教育教学计划和课程外方考试机制，国内三年进行中外双学籍成绩管理，成绩合格毕业即可获得中外双学历，继续赴新西兰合作高校就读一年即可获得新西兰本科学历和新西兰工作签证。 (一) 招生、就业工作 近年湖北省参加普通高考人数持续大幅下滑，且中外合作办学项目收费较高，因此招生难度相当大。在乐三明院长的亲自带领下，学院全体员工深入到全省部分市、州的高中进行招生宣传；参加了校招办组织的在汉举办的数场招生咨询会；与校招生办公室紧密配合，在校招办组织的赴全省各市、州招生巡回宣传活动中，将国际学院招生宣传资料与学校招生简章一同发放到考生手中；并开通了招生咨询热
