2.6.1在组装前,完成易熔塞的密封测试

do the sealing test of the fusible plug before assembly

1.将润滑脂涂在封圈上。

Let the grease painted on the seal ring 。

2.将安装封圈的易熔塞安装到测试夹具上,按手册要求力矩拧紧。

Let the fusible plug of sealing ring install to Fixture ,screw it in accordance with the provided torque of the manual.

3.供氮气压力17 bar(250 psi),待压力稳定后,调解压力至17 bar(250 psi)。

Supply of the nitrogen, the pressure of nitrogen is 17 bar(250 psi),adjust the pressure to 17 bar(250 psi)after the pressure is stable.

4.保持测试压力3分钟后,检查无压力降,将肥皂液涂抹于易熔塞上,检查应无渗漏。

Keep the testing pressure constant after 3 minutes , check it and no pressure down; smear the fusible plug with the soap water, and find it no leakage.

5.完成测试后,释放测试压力,并用水冲洗干净

After the testing is done, release the testing pressure, and wash it clear with water.

6. 从测试夹具上拆下测试件

Remove the testware from the testing fixture.

2.6.2轮毂组装:Assembly of the hub

以A320飞机主轮毂件号C20195162为例介绍轮毂组装程序:

Introduce the assembly program of the hub case of the A320 main hub(Part NO.C20195162):

1.轮毂轴承的使用和安装过程中的注意事项

The use of hub bearing and the attentions of installing.

1).为了确保安全性和可靠性,每次更换轮胎时要认真检查轮毂轴承,注意轴承是否有磨

损和卡阻,安装轴承时要完全注油

For safety and reliability, heck the hub bearing Carefully when replace the wheel everytime. Note bearing for abrasion and jamming. Filled oil entirely when install the bearings.

2).因为轮毂的两个轴承协同工作的,如果一个轴承损坏,应该成对替换

The two bearings of hub is Collaborative work ,so replace them in pairs when one bearing is damage

3).在拆卸和安装轮毂轴承外环的过程中,应采用正确的方法和合适的专用工具。以防止

轮毂和相关零部件损坏。

when remove and install out-cup of bearing ,The right approach and tools should be adopted to prevent damage to hub and related parts.

4).安装轴承时应该在干净整洁的环境中,细小的颗粒和水进入轴承会缩短轴承的使用

寿命,注意轴承不要掉在地上,安装前应对轴承座的状况进行检查,即使是微小的

磨损也会导致配合不良,从而引起轴承的损坏。

Bearings should be installed in a clean and tidy environment,Small particles and water into the bearing will shorten the bearing life. Note that bearings do not fall to the ground。Before bearing installed status of bearing supports should be checked.

5). 对轮毂轴承单元,注意检查轮毂轴承的的密封件,及时更换损坏的轴承密封件,否

则会使密封性能降低导致水或灰尘的进入,使轴承和外环受到损坏。

For the hub bearing unit, pay attention to check the bearing seals, replace the

damaged seals timely, or seals will result in performance degradation and water or

dust enter , the bearing and the out-cup damage.

6). 注意轮毂轴承在安装之前要在轴承的滚棒部分和轴承表面涂足够的润滑脂,要保证

轴承中有润滑脂,如果润滑脂太少,轴承内部容易进水和污染物造成轴承干磨损坏和

腐蚀。

Before installing bearings note that roller and bearing surface to coated the grease

enough ,if the grease is little, water and pollutants enter easy ,and Bearing will

damage caused by dry grinding and corrosion.

2.组装内半轮毂组件:assembly of half hub

1).参考轮毂修理部分程序,安装轴承外环。

Reference part of the hub repair program, install bearing out-cup.

2)按照手册要求润滑零件,参见图2.6-1:

Lubricate parts in accordance with the manual requires

(1)在组装时,机轮的固定螺栓要涂防咬剂MIL-T-5544或MIL-T-83483,这两种防咬剂的使用,其扭矩值是不同的。其中MIL-T-5544防咬剂是含人工石墨的。

In the assembly, wheel bolts should be coated with anti- bite agent MIL-T-5544 or MIL-T-83483, the two anti- bite agents are used, and the torque values

are different.And MIL-T-5544 anti-bite agent is artificial graphite.

(2)在安装封圈时,在封圈上要涂硅润滑剂,如:DOW CORNING DC-4或MS-4.

When installing the seal ring ,seal ring should be coated silicon lubricant,

such as: DOW CORNING DC-4 or MS-4.

(3) 挡油圈和轴承上使用的油脂可用AEROSHELL NO.22 MOBIL NO.28或SHC100,也可使

用润滑剂AERO SHELL NO.5。

Retaining rings and bearings can be smeard on grease AEROSHELL NO.22 MOBIL NO.28 or SHC100, also can use lubricants AERO SHELL NO.5.

(4)不同种类的油脂不允许混用。

Not allowed to mix different types of grease

(5)润滑轴承建议使用压力方法润滑,因为其简单、快捷,可以减小污染的可能性,而且还能确保关键区域的油脂量均匀分布。

Pressure method is recommended for bearing lubrication, because of its simple,

fast, can reduce the possibility of contamination, but also ensure that key

areas of grease to be distributed uniformity。

(6)用手润滑轴承时,在一只手的手掌中放置大量干净、无水的油脂,将轴承抓在另一只手中,将油脂推入轴承滚棒间润滑轴承。当使用手涂油脂时,应当涂在轴承的

大端,然后推到小端。确保滚棒轨道被充分覆盖。在滚棒上擦一层油脂。完成之后,

不要将轴承放在油脂可能被潮气或其他外界物质污染的地方,参见图2.6-2

When lubricate bearings by hand, in the palm of one hand placed in a large

number of clean grease, the other hand grasps the bearing, push the grease between the rod roller and bearings to lubricated bearings. When using a hand

painted grease, should be applied to the big end bearing, and then pushed to the small end. Ensure that the roll bar track is fully covered. Rub a layer of grease on the roll bar. When completed, bearing cannot on the outside, grease may be contaminated by moisture or other external, see Figure 2.6-2 3)安装封圈和易熔塞,并拧紧易熔塞到规定力矩。

Install the seal ring and fusible plug, and tighten the fusible to the specified torque

4)选择合适尺寸的驱动块,安装驱动块前必须在轮毂的驱动键上涂防腐剂,然后安装驱动块。

Select the appropriate size of the drive block, the drive key must coat with preservative before install the drive block, and then install the driver block. 5)安装轴承和止动及封严组件。

Install bearings 、snap and seal components.

6)根据拆卸时的记录,安装配重。

According to the records of demolition, installation of balance weight

7)安装隔热罩。

Install heat shield

8)如果内半轮毂修理中去除材料比较少半轮毂不需要做平衡测试,修理中去除材料比较多或怀疑的情况下,应对半轮毂重新平衡,根据需要完成配平。

If less material removed in the repair,the half hub does not need to do a balance test, removed material more or suspected cases in the repair, the response to re-balance the half hub, trim as needed 。

3.组装外半轮毂组件:

Assembly of outer half hub

1)参考轮毂修理部分程序,安装轴承外环,按照手册要求润滑零件,参见图2.6-1和图

2.6-2.

Reference part of the hub repair program, install bearing out-cup, in accordance with the manual requires lubricating parts, see Figure 2.6-1 and Figure 2.6-2.

2)按拆卸时的记录安装平衡配重,并拧紧到规定力矩。

Installed balance weight according to the records demolition, and tighten to the specified torque.

3)按修理手册要求润滑各个待安装零件。

Lubricate the various parts according to repair manuals.

4)在堵塞上安装封圈,然后安装堵塞,并按规定拧紧。

Install the plug seal to the plug, then install the plug, in accordance with the specified torque to tighten.

5)在充气活门上安装封圈,安装充气活门并拧紧到规定力矩。

Install seal ring in the Pneumatic valve, install the Pneumatic valveand tighten to the specified torque.

注意NOTE:

在轮毂组件组装时,由于轮毂已经安装选装的充气活门进行了平衡,不要任意调换不同厂家的充气活门,否则轮毂组件会失去平衡。

when assemble and install the hub, pneumatic valves are balanced, do not

exchange valves of different manufacturers, or hub assembly will be out of balance

6)安装轴承和封严组件。

Install bearing and seal components.

7)如果外半轮毂修理中去除材料比较少,半轮毂不需要做平衡测试,修理中去除材料比较多或怀疑的情况下,应对半轮毂重新平衡,根据需要完成配平。

If less material removed in the repair,the outer half hub does not need to do a balance test, remove material more or suspect cases in the repair, the response to re-balance the half hub, trim as needed 。

4,半轮毂的平衡测试和配平:

注意NOTE:

每一个完整的半轮毂组件安装好轴承后必须单独做平衡测试,如果不平衡,必须进行配平,按照修理手册要求配重安装位置安装需要的平衡配重快,否则可能会引起飞机抖动。

Each half hub assembly must do balance test individually after bearing installed, if unbalance, must trim. Weight balance of the installation location install the required weight according to repair manual ,otherwise the aircraft may cause jitter

1) 轮毂需要配平的条件The conditions of hub needing trim

(1)轮毂修理后,原有平衡状态被破坏,在平衡超标的情况下,需要完成配平。

After hub repair, the original state of equilibrium is destroyed, in the

exceeded of balance, need to trim.

(2)轮毂上安装选装件后,需要完成配平。

After optional components were installed, need to complete the trim 2)配重的安装位置:

The installation location of balancing weight:

(1)轮毂部位,参见图2.6-2,配重安装在轮毂上,安装在标“X”的区间内。

Hub parts, see Figure 2.6-2, balance weight installed in the hub, install in the standard "X"

(2)配重安装在轮毂腹板上,参见图2.6-4.

Balance weight installed in the hub of the web, see Figure 2.6-4.

(3)紧固螺栓上安装配重块,参见图2.6-5

Balance weights installed on the fastening bolts, see Figure 2.6-5

(4)配平测试时轮毂上安装的零部件(A320主轮毂件号C20195162为例):Components installed on the hub in the trim testing (A320 main hub part number C20195162 example):

①外半轮毂上要安装:活门和封圈、堵塞和封圈、轴承外环、轴承和封严组件。

The outer half hub to be installed on: valve and seal, plug and seal ring, bearing

out-cup, bearing and seal components.

②内半轮毂上要安装:驱动块、易熔塞和封圈、轴承外环、轴承和封严组件。

in half hub to be installed on: driver blocks, fusible plug and seal

ring, bearing out-cup, bearing and seal assembly

(5)轮毂平衡测试(静平衡)和配平:

balance testing (static balance) and trim of the hub

①在半轮毂上安装平衡测试轴。

Install the balance testing shaft on the half hub.

②在半轮毂平衡测试轴上安装垫片,拧紧平衡轴螺帽。

Install gasket on the balance testing shaft of the half hub, tighten

the nut of balance shaft.

③将平衡轴和半轮毂组件放在测试架上。

Put the balance shaft and half hub assembly on the test unit

④待轮毂静止稳定后在半轮毂组件底部作标记。

Mark the half hub assembly in the bottom after the hub is stable.

⑤将轮毂组件旋转90度,再次确认重点。

Rotate the hub assembly 90 degrees, once again confirm the

point.

⑥在半轮毂重点的对面粘贴油泥(粘贴油泥到安装配重位置),反复旋转半轮毂,

通过反复调节粘贴的油泥重量,直到确认半轮毂组件可以在任意角度保持不

动,此时粘贴的油泥重量就是需要的配平重量。

Paste sludge In the opposite of half hub focus parts(paste the

sludge to the balance weight position), rotate the half hub again

and again, Do not stop adjusting repeatedly sludge weight until

confirm that half hub assembly can remain intact at any angle. Then

the weight of sludge is the need of weight to trim

⑦按照测试的配平重量和位置,选择合适的配重,在安装配重位置打孔并完成

表面保护处理,然后按要求安装配重。

Select the appropriate balance weight in accordance with the test

of balance weight and location, Punch at the position of the

balance weight and do the surface protection treatment, then

install the required balance weight.

⑧根据平衡测试的结果,如果超标,根据平衡测试数参考配重的安装图示安装

配重。

Based on the results of balance testing, if exceeded, install the

balance weights according to the number and reference weight

balance test of installation icon.

(7)不平衡力矩的测试和确认:

Testing and confirmation of the unbalanced torque:

检查A320主轮毂件号C20195162的每个半轮毂组件,要求最大不平衡力矩为0.035N.m,否则按手册要求再次进行平衡测试,根据需要安装配重。

Check the A320 main hub assembly(Part NO.C20195162 ), the

maximum unbalanced force required Moment of 0.035Nm, or by manual requires do balance test again, and install the balance weight as needed。(8)配重的标记:

Mark of balance weight

按照CMM手册的要求,在配重安装位置旁边用钢印标记配重重量,单位:”g”

(克),数字高度1.5mm。

In accordance with the requirements of

of CMM, mark the balance weight with a stam at the installation location side of weight, unit: "g", digital height 1.5mm.

5.组装机轮:

Wheel assembly

1)安装隔热罩。

Install heat shield

2)若不装轮胎,将封圈包起来绑在轮毂上,固定三组螺栓将轮毂连接在一起即可,等安装轮胎时再安装封圈等,其余螺栓、螺帽垫片包起来,固定在机轮上,等装轮胎时再装。

If do not fit tire, wrap seals and Tied them on the hub, fixed three bolts to the hub to connect them together, install the seal rings when install the tire, and the remaining bolts, nuts and gasket wrap, fixed them to the wheel, install them when fit tire.

3)若安装轮胎:

If fit tire:

(1)将润滑的封圈装入封圈槽中,检查封圈无扭曲。

Put he seal ring of the lubrication into the Seal ring groove, check the

seal ring without distortion.

(2)在安装轮胎之前,完成对轮胎的检查:

Before installing the tire, inspection the tire

①检查要安装的轮胎内无异物。

Check the tires , and no foreign matter.

②目视检查轮胎的外表面是否有损伤,如有,要求在轮胎任何部位的损

伤不允许见线,自轮胎基部(跟)至基部(趾)不允许有可见深度的

损伤,在轮胎侧壁及胎肩不允许有深超过0.5毫米和超过100毫米的

损伤,在胎表皮不允许有深超过1毫米和长超过100毫米的损伤。

Visual inspect the outer surface of the tire for damage, if any, does

not allow to see lines at any part of the tire , since the tire base

(with) to the base (toe) does not allow a visible depth of the

damage, in the tire sidewall and tire shoulder does not allow more

than 0.5 mm deep and more than 100 mm injury, deep in the fetal

skin does not allow more than 1 mm and 100 mm longer than the

injury.

③在工作平台上将轮胎装到内半轮毂组件上,安装带封圈的防尘罩,确

认要组装的两个半轮毂是原配半轮毂,以便于时控管理和控制,将外

半轮毂组件装到安装好轮胎的内半轮毂上,注意轮胎上的红标记应与

充气活门在同一个钟点位置,错开不要超过5mm,轮胎上的红点表示

轮胎最轻处,使两个半轮毂上的紧固螺双孔对正,可以使用夹具使两

个半轮毂靠近,以便安装紧固螺栓,参见图2.6-6.

In the work platform install tire to the inner half hub assembly, install

the dust cover with the seal ring, make sure to assemble the two half

hub which are original equipment to control the management and

the time, put the outer half hub assembly onto the inner half wheel

which have been installed on the tire, note the red mark on the tire

and the inflation valve should be in the same part-time location,

staggered no more than 5mm, red dots means the tire of lightest

part , and to give two and a half wheel screw holes for fastening on

the positive, you can use wheel clamps to close to two and a half to

install the fastening bolts, see Figure 2.6-6.

(3)将机轮连接螺栓、螺帽、垫片按规定涂防咬剂,参见图2.6-7,注意在

螺栓和螺帽上涂不同的防咬剂,拧紧力矩是不同的,对应力矩参见CMM

手册相应章节规定。

The bolts, nuts and gasket coated with anti-bite agent, see Figure

2.6-7, note the different bolts and nuts coated with anti-bite agent,

tightening torque is different, See the manual CMM provides the

appropriate section.

(4)按十字交叉顺序拧紧螺帽,参见图2.6-8,先将连接螺栓以十字形顺序拧紧到初始力矩,然后以顺时针方向将螺栓、螺帽拧紧到最终力矩,

拧紧顺序从1开始,依次拧紧,A320飞机主轮毂的紧固螺栓、螺帽拧

紧力矩为:

Tighten the nut order by cross, see Figure 2.6-8, first to cross bolt

tightening sequence to the initial moment, and then in a clockwise

direction will bolt, nut tightened to final torque tightening sequence

from 1 Start, tighten, A320 aircraft, fastening the main wheel hub

bolt, nut tightening torque is:

①使用防咬剂MIL-T-5544,先预紧110NM,最后再拧紧到220NM.

Using anti-bite agent MIL-T-5544, the first tightening 110NM, and

finally tighten to 220NM.

②使用防咬剂MIL-T-83483,先预紧90NM,最后再拧紧到180NM.

Using anti-bite agent MIL-T-83483, the first tightening 90NM, and

finally tighten to 180NM.

注意NOTE:

①组装时,应将垫片带倒角的一侧面向螺栓头或螺帽,安装方向错误会

使拧紧力矩严重失真。

The gasket should be oriented with the bevel side of the bolt head

or nut in the installing, install the wrong direction will make a

serious distortion of tightening torque.

②各种机轮的紧固螺栓拧紧的初始力矩和最终力矩各有不同,请查阅各

种机轮的修理手册。

all kinds of wheel bolts have different initial torque and final torque,

please check the repair manual of wheel

③GOODRICH公司生产的轮毂,轮缘上打有“L”标记处,则为最轻处,

安装时恢复其原位,轻点在组装时应错开180度,以避免造成机轮不

平衡。

The hub of GOODRICH company mark “L”at the rim for the lightest part ,resume his place at the installation , tap the 180 in

the assembly should be staggered to avoid wheel imbalance.

④组装机轮时,要按照规定的力矩值拧紧。

When install the wheel, tighten them in accordance with the

specified torque

(5)最后安装其他分解的零件

Finally, install the other decomposition part
