关于举办上海市第七届小学生科普英语竞赛活动的通知
各区、县少科站（青少年活动中心）
上海市小学生科普英语竞赛是在上海市中学生科普英语竞赛发展基础上的拓展活动，秉承“拓宽学生视野，提高科学素养，综合应用英语”的活动宗旨，坚守严谨、公正的竞赛品质。小学生科普英语竞赛将英语学习与科学知识融为一体，使英语教学与科普教育互为载体，以有趣的科普知识、丰富的科学信息激发小学生学习英语的兴趣，提高科学素养与英语学习的水平和能力。
希望各区、县少科站（青少年活动中心）组织本区、县学校的小学生参加此项活动。

上海市第七届小学生科普英语竞赛活动规程
一、参赛对象：
本市在校小学生（二、三、四、五年级）。
二、竞赛时间安排
2009年12月举行初赛；
2010年2月举行复赛；
2010年4月举行决赛。
三、竞赛实施办法：
1.竞赛分为低年级组（二、三年级）和高年级组（四、五年级）2个组别，并分别设定分数线。学生不允许跨区、跨年级、跨组别报名。
2.竞赛报名：个人报名
2009年10月18日上午9点半至下午4点半，在上海市青少年科技艺术教育中心小礼堂(岳阳路45号)进行报名。（仅限长宁区所在学校未组织比赛的
小学生，只此一次，过时不候）

2)竞赛辅导讲座：
为了使学生熟悉及了解科普英语竞赛，各区县可组织初、复赛辅导讲座。2009年寒假期间，上海市科技艺术教育中心将会对进入决赛的学生进行集中赛前辅导。具体报名时间以上海市科技艺术教育中心网站公布为准。（报名视学生自身情况，以自愿为主。）
3.初赛：初赛由竞赛主办单位组织统一命题，由学校组织学生开展竞赛，竞赛形式为笔
试。竞赛内容的80%取自竞赛推荐资料。各学校选拔初赛成绩居前20%的学生参加区县级复赛。
4.复赛：复赛由竞赛主办单位组织统一命题，分区、县举行，竞赛形式为笔试，竞赛内
容的60%取自竞赛推荐资料；各区县选拔本区县复赛成绩居前15%的学生参加决赛。
5.决赛：决赛由全市统一组织进行，竞赛形式为笔试（含听力部分）。笔试内容的30%取
自推荐资料；竞赛结果根据决赛成绩按照低年级组和高年级组分别评出学生个人一、
二、三等奖。
四、奖励办法：
竞赛组委会向获奖学生个人、辅导教师颁发证书，向获奖团体颁发奖牌。
五、本规程修改和解释权属本届竞赛组委会。

上海市第十五届初中科普英语竞赛规程 一、参赛对象： 本市在校初中学生 二、竞赛时间安排 初赛：2015年11月 复赛：2016年1月 决赛：2 016年3月 三、竞赛实施办法： 1. 竞赛分低年级组（六、七年级）和高年级组（八、九年级）2个组别〃并分别设定分数线。不接受学生跨区、跨年级、跨组别参加。 2. 竞赛报名：集体报名 2015年4月9日— 4月18日由学校集向区、县少科站（青少年活动中心）自愿报名〃2014年4月20日－4月28日各区、县少科站（青少年活动中心）将报名汇总后向市科技艺术教育中心统一报名。 3. 初赛：由市科技艺术教育中心统一命题〃由各区县统一组织。初赛采用笔试的形式进行〃主要题型有选择、完型填空、阅读理解等。 4. 复赛：根据各区县初赛人数选拔前10%的学生进入复赛。复赛由竞赛组委会组织命题〃由市科技艺术教育中心统一组织。主要题型有听力、完型填空、阅读理解和科普简答等。 三、决赛：依据复赛成绩〃按高、低年级组别、分别选拔前48名学生进入决赛。决赛以现场科普热点英语辩论赛的形式进行〃对学生进行英语语言和科普知识综合实践应用能力的考察。 四、奖项设置： 竞赛组委会依据奖项设置标准评定并向获奖学生个人、获奖团体颁发证书。 个人奖项 设置组别设置年级获奖比例（依据初赛人数）评奖依据 "最佳辩手" 不分A、B组高年级组16名决赛现场辩论成绩 低年级组16名 “优秀辩手”不分A、B组高年级组32名决赛现场辩论成绩 低年级组32名 一等奖不分A、B组高年级组（8、9年级）6名决赛现场辩论成绩 低年级组（6、7年级）6名 二等奖分A、B组高年级组1% 1、入围决赛的84名学生2、依据复赛分数按比例评定 低年级组1% 三等奖分A、B组高年级组2% 依据复赛成绩按比例评定 低年级组2% 团体奖项 设置团体奖设区县及学校团体一、二、三等奖依据各区县、各学校参赛学生成绩综合评定

关于举办上海市第五届小学生科普英语游戏竞赛活动的 通知 上海市各中小学： 上海市青少年科技教育中心将于2007年9月至2008年4月举办上海市第五届小学生科普英语游戏竞赛，现将活动具体事宜通知如 下： 一、活动宗旨 上海市小学生科普英语游戏竞赛是在上海市中学生科普英语竞 赛发展基础上的拓展活动，秉承“拓宽学生视野，提高科学素养，综 合应用英语”的活动宗旨，坚守严谨、公正的竞赛品质。小学生科普 英语游戏竞赛将英语学习、科学知识与趣味游戏融为一体，使英语教学与科普教育互为载体，以有趣的科普知识、丰富的科学信息及多样的趣味游戏激发小学生学习英语的兴趣，提高科学素养与英语学习的水平和能力。 二、组织机构 主办单位：上海市青少年科技教育中心 协办单位：上海市各区、县少科站（青少年活动中心） 支持单位：世纪出版集团少年儿童出版社《少年科学》杂志社 三、参赛对象 在校小学四、五年级学生，以及中学六年级（预初）学生； 注：小学参赛学生与中学六年级参赛学生分组进行，并分设奖项。 四、竞赛报名 以集体报名为原则，2007年9月28日—10月19日，由学校团体向各区、县少科站（青少年活动中心）报名，10月20日—10月31日由各区、县少科站（青少年活动中心）将报名情况汇总后向市 青少年科技教育中心报名。
五、竞赛内容 1、活动资料： 为提高学生学习英语的兴趣，扩大英语词汇量，在英语学习的氛 围中了解科学、热爱科学，并便于学生参加竞赛活动，竞赛主办单位 将提供《上海市第五届小学生科普英语阅读文选》（少年儿童出版社出版）、《上海市第五届小学生科普英语阅读文选扩充资料》（少年儿童出版社出版；六年级参赛学生使用，也可供其他年级学生选择使用）、《上海市小学生科普英语游戏竞赛活动练习手册》。 《上海市第五届小学生科普英语阅读文选》：图文并茂，涵盖了动物、人体、气象、地理、心理等多项科普内容，内容丰富生动，并 配有多种有趣的游戏活动、简要讲解及技能练习，可供学生进行拓展性学习或教师开展拓展性课程。 《上海市第五届小学生科普英语阅读文选补充资料》：由竞赛主办单位组织编写，为六年级参赛学生的补充阅读资料。资料精心选择15篇短文，配有生词注释、语法讲解、信息拓展、小小练习等几大 内容版块。学有余力的四、五年级参赛学生也可根据实际学习需要， 选择使用。 《上海市小学生科普英语游戏竞赛活动练习手册》：内含历年小学生科普英语竞赛活动的初赛、复赛、决赛题目。可供学生在趣味的 题目中，扩大阅读量和知识量，掌握技能，培养思考能力。 每位参赛学生（四、五年级）缴纳竞赛资料成本费用25元；每位六年级参赛学生缴纳竞赛资料成本费用30元。 另外，竞赛主办单位提供《上海市第五届小学生科普英语阅读文选配套CD 声碟》（定价10元），学生可根据需要在竞赛报名时登记购买。 2、竞赛进程与内容 1）初赛： 初赛由竞赛主办单位组织统一命题，由学校组织学生开展竞赛及 游戏活动，竞赛形式为笔试。竞赛内容的70%取自《上海市第五届小学生科普英语阅读文选》（以下简称《阅读文选》）；六年级组学生竞赛，除需完成小学竞赛卷外，另需完成加试题部分，加试题部分内容
