概述: Summary:Now in H company, for the reflow oven parts cleaning, such as filters and condensations parts cleaning, they use a local supplier water based cleaning agents, the cleaning performence is OK, but the rinsing waste water’s COD and BOD value are too high, which could not reach the Chinese environmental policy requirements, and they could not directly drain to the sewage, and also the waste water treatment cost is very high.

So H want to change a cleaning agent without waste water draining. Of cause, it should have a good cleaning performance and low running cost.

We recommended Germany ZESTRON’s ATRON SP300, it is a completely water based environmental cleaning agent.

ATRON SP300 has excellent run off characteristics, and ATRON SP300 has no solid content formulations, therefore it does not require any water rinsing or active drying.

ATRON SP300 demonstrates an excellent cleaning performance combined with an extremely long bath life.

And from the test result, it proved that ATRON SP300 has an excellent cleaning performance and also no water rinsing and no active drying needed. There is no waste rinsing water generated at all, thus it avoids rinsing waste water completely.

1. 试验背景/BACK GROUND:

Now in H, for the reflow oven parts cleaning, such as filters and condensations parts cleaning, they use a local supplier water based cleaning agents, the cleaning performence is OK, but the rinsing waste water’s COD and BOD value are too high, the BOD=9060 mg/L, CODcr=3.44x104 mg/L. The limit of chinese law (第二类污染物最高允许排放浓度: 其它排污单位三级标准) is only BOD5=300 mg/L, COD=500mg/L, which could not reach the Chinese environmental policy requirements, and they could not directly drain to the sewage. And the waste water treatment cost is very high for its huge quantity.

So H want to change a cleaning agent without waste water draining. Of cause, it should have a good cleaning performance and low running cost.

We recommended Germany ZESTRON’s ATRON SP300, it could comply H’s high requirements.

ATRON SP300 is the newest generation, aqueous, alkaline cleaner specifically designed to remove baked on flux residues from flux management systems (e.g. cyclones, condensation traps) as well as solder pallets. The cleaning agent demonstrates an excellent cleaning performance combined with an extremely long bath life. Its formulation guarantees low odor and meets the highest working safety requirements.

ATRON SP300 has no solid content and therefore does not require any water rinsing or active drying.

ATRON SP300 can be used in single batch cleaning systems with air supported circulation and with a unit for external cleaning of containers and tubing.

6. 清洗结论/ CONCLUSION:

As the cleaning result is based on such cleaning process:

ATRON SP300 (ready to use), 50℃, 5min, only air flow agitation, and no rinsing, no active drying.

From this test, it proved that ATRON SP300 has excellent cleaning performance and excellent run off characteristics, as ATRON SP300 has no solid content formulations, therefore it does not require any water rinsing or active drying.

Thus ATRON SP300 actually fully comply H’s no waste water generated cleaning process requirements.

As ATRON SP300 also has an extremely long bath life time, that it has low running cost performance, this could be proved in the next further test.
