Introduction

Based on the average cost worksheet, the most effective plan is less of plan cap , have large data include and have great SMS rates. The Extras column also effective cost ,because extras include the data which can use social working and see the email. From some requirements, they will use too much date included,and i will depend on this to select the best plan.

Smith

According Smith’s requirement, I select ed six plans. I chose Optical Mobile of $19 plan cap, $49plan cap, and $79 plan cap and Westend mobile of $19 plan cap, $39plan cap, and $59plan cap. For Smith’s requirement, he makes minimal calls of only short duration .He need less of call rates per memento he doesn’t like use SMS messages, so he can choose the least SMS rates or Monthly SMS cost. In addition, most of his friends are on Optical Mobile and Westend mobile as result he will choose Optical Mobile or Westend mobile. The factor of mobile company, Call rates per min and SMS Rates even MAX no.of calls per month were taken into account. I recommend $19 plan cap in the Optical Mobile,because Smith is a student, he doesn’t make too much calls and just for emergency to call parents, as well as his parents think as a student don’t spend many money on phone call, and call rates and SMS rates are cheapest in these plans.

Mitchell

According Mitchell’s requirement, I select ed seven plans. I chose three different companies; there are Optical Mobile and Tess Mobile. Tess Mobile includes the plan cap of $49,$79,and $19.Optical Mobile includes the plan cap of $79,$49,and $19.Because of Mark Mitchell is a business while he completing his university studies, he need his phone can call long time and have lots of calls to contact with his client, and infer to he need lots of calls and less of call rates per min, but he need less of Flagfall cost and less of call rates per min, Another reason he need to review his email on his mobile phone and contact with his client on Web via ,it can infer to he need use much data included. The factor of Flagfall cost,Call rates per mandate included, and calls per month. According graph we can eliminate the $19 plan cap of Optical Mobile‘s and the $19 plan cap of Tess Mobile‘s.In addition, Mitchell uses lots of data and makes many phone calls. So we can eliminate the last two the $49 of Optical Mobile‘s plan cap and the $49 of Tess Mobile‘s plan cap. Comparing the left two, the $79 plan cap of Optical Mobile‘s and the $79 plan cap of Tess Mobile‘s. There have same price, SMS rates and Call rates per

min. Although Optical Mobile one has larger data than Tess M obile‘s, the MAX calls in Tess Mobile is much more than Optical Mobile one. I finally recommend the $79 plan cap of Optical Mobile‘s, because the frequency of Mitchell using include data is more than phone call.

Pia

According Pia’s requirement, I selected six plans.I chose two different companies, there are Westend mobile and Tess Mobile.Westend mobile includes the plan cap of $59, $39, and $19.Tess Mobile includes the plan cap of $59, $39, and $19. According his background, he is a student and do part-time job so he doesn’t have too much money. Therefore Pia should choose shortest plan cap ,and we eliminate the $79 plan cap of Tess Mobile and the $59 plan cap of Westend mobile .On account of his friends are on Westend mobile and Tess Mobile ,as result he will choose Tess Mobile or Westend

mobile.Because of he sends a lot of messages, he could decrease the SMS rates. In addition,he would make a little bit data to use social networking sites.

Comparing two companies, the Westend mobile‘s Flagfall co st, Call rates per min and SMS Rates are larger than the Tess Mobile‘s, we choose Tess Mobile company. Then comparing the $19 plan cap of Tess Mobile and the $49 plan cap of Tess Mobile. They have same Flagfall cost, Call rates per min and SMS Rates ,but $19 plan cap is cheaper than $49 plan cap. Finally, I recommend the $19 plan cap of Tess Mobile‘s,because that is cheapest in six plans and Pia doesn’t need toomany phone calls a s a student.

Cheng

According Cheng’s requirements , I selected six plans. I chose four different companies,but they have similar plan cap. She works on part-time job and has tight budget ,as well as she doesn’t spend much money on call credit so she could exclude the two unconformable plans that the $29 plan cap in Volt mobile and $39 plan cap in Westend mobile. She also likes making phone calls and SMS messages,she would

descent SMS rates and flagfall cost . In that way ,she could exclude which are over expensive (any of $19 plan cap is very expensive). After that ,just $19 plan cap of Optical mobile and $19 plan cap of Tess mobile left. Though of finding different between them.only the Tess mobile ‘s data is more than Optical mobile’s. At the end of, I recommend $19 plan cap of Tess mobile,because any of cost in this plan is cheapest and it also has 100MB data included that is accord with Cheng;s requirement she rarely use social networking sites ,not never use it .
