【摘要】Objective To study the diagnostic value of combination of high-frequency small superficial organs by color Doppler ultrasound and intracavitary probe on perianal abscess. Methods From August 2013 to August 2014,clinical data from 78 cases diagnosed as perianal abscess by pathology were admitted into our hospital.According to random number table,they were divided into two groups.In control group,conventional specialist examinations like ultrasound detection was provided,while in observation group,high-frequency small superficial organs combining with intracavitary probe was applied.The detection outcomes by two methods were compared. Results In the observation group,coinci-dence rates of sphincter relationship,branch pipe,principal pine and inlet were all higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).Detection rate of perianal abscess in the observation group was 97.44%,while in the control group,the rate was 82.05%.The detection rate of perianal abscess in the observation group was higher with a statistical difference (P<0.05).The detection rate of anal fistula in the observation group (94.44%) was
