本文为在中国电信P10项目中新安装CRS-1 的机器的软件安装及升级,提供

Step by Step的安装过程指导。对于其余升级机器可以作为一定的参考。

适用人员

参与中国电信 P10项目的实施工程师,以及中国电信的维护人员。

P10项目系统软件版本建议

操作系统版本建议

在P10项目中,所有新安装以及升级到CRS-1 MC 2+2系统软件,全部推荐版

本为IOS XR v3.5.3 。

软件模块要求为:

Note 在CCO下载SMU请注意,CRS的SMU文件名均为hfr为开头,切勿与C12K混淆。

请注意标记了为需要重启的SMU,在Install active以后会自动重启。

在CRS3.5系列版本中,一条命令安装的SMUs最大数量为16个。ROMMON版本建议

建议升级ROMMON A/B到1.49版本。

Note 由于ROMMON安装文件没有版本标识,在CCO下载ROMMON软件时一定要准确的下载到1.49版。

系统软件安装模式建议

对于新安装的CRS系统,全部建议Re-Fresh模式安装,即从ROMMON状态

开始安装或者采用Golden Disk安装。本文主要以介绍从ROMMON模式的

安装过程为主。

加电相关准备

加电注意事项

?安全第一,任何情况下,需注意保证人身安全;

?避免火灾发生

?尽可能的减少对业务的中断以及对设备的伤害

?注意电磁辐射

LCC机箱加电须知

在LCC机箱的每个电源架上有一个电源开关,当两个电源架上的开关都处于

开路时,系统电源处于切断状态。

在对系统进行第一次加电时,请按如下步骤进行:

1) 戴上防静电护腕,护腕另一端连接到机架前的ESD连接孔

2) 确保所有的电源架和电源模块的电源开关都处于开路位置,也就是所有电

源开关扳手拔出,总计有六个电源模块开关扳手和两个电源架的开关扳手

3) 确保所有的板卡(包括RP、FC、SFC、MSC和PLIM)都处于拔出状态,

不能与背板相连

4) 确保电源架上的保护地线已连接,螺母已经拧紧

5) 验证下述两线间的阻抗值:接线端子的正负极接线柱间阻抗大于90K;所有

正极接线柱与地线间的阻抗大于10M;所有负极接线柱与地线间的阻抗大于

10M;

6) 为上部电源架中A0电源模块的第一个接线端子连接一根电源电缆,闭合供

电系统电源柜中相应的输入电源开关

7) 测量上部电源架中A0电源模块的第一个接线端子正负接线柱间的电压,该

电压应在42-72V之间,记录下实际电压值

8) 关闭电源柜中相应的输入电源开关到电源关闭位置,为A0电源模块的第二

个接线端子连接一根电源电缆,闭合供电系统电源柜中相应的输入电源开关,

测量并记录该路输入的电压值,然后关闭电源开关到电源关闭位置

9) 依次对A1、A2和B0、B1、B2中的十个接线端子进行电源连接及测试,注

意:上部电源架中三个电源模块的六个接线端子连接到第一供电电源系统,下

部电源架中三个电源模块的六个接线端子连接到第二供电电源系统

10) 将电源柜中所有十二路电源开关打开,并打开上部电源架的开关到

电源开位置,验证没有电源模块加电,且所有的指示灯都不亮

11) 打开上部电源架上A0电源模块的开关到电源开位置,验证电源模块

的前面板LED "Power OK"绿灯亮且其它LED都不亮,重复另外两个电源模

块A1和A2

12) 打开下部电源架的开关到电源开位置,验证没有电源模块加电,且

所有的指示灯都不亮

13) 打开下部电源架上B0电源模块的开关到电源开位置,验证电源模块

的前面板LED "Power OK"绿灯亮且其它LED都不亮,重复另外两个电源模

块B1和B2

14) 关闭所有电源模块的开关到电源关位置,关闭两个电源架的开关到

电源关位置,验证所有电源模块的LED都不亮

15) 将所有板卡依次插入到机箱

16) 依次打开两个电源架的开关到电源开位置

17) 依次打开所有电源模块的开关到电源开位置

18) 测量电源架上接线端子的输入电压,确保电压范围正常并且设备加

电后电压落差在可接受的范围

确认无误后,系统加电完毕

FCC机箱加电须知

FCC加电类似LCC机箱,在DC环境中,FCC的每个电源箱中只有两个直流

电源。加电检测步骤参考LCC。

CRS-1系统Re-fresh软件安装及升级步骤

在正确安装完机箱及线缆连接完成,并且加电测试完成后,可以开始对系统软

件进行升级及补丁安装。

在文中,假设TFTP-Server的IP地址为192.168.1.100/24 .

升级dSC机箱(Re-fresh模式)

LCC0做为dSC机箱。MC的安装中,只需要对dSC进行安装,其余RP及

ShelfController的安装均可以通过控制以太网自动安装。

Note 如果是单机系统,升级完dSC,再同步RP1,完成升级。

安装系统前,请按照《软件版本建议》下载所有需要的文件。

Step01 启动LCC0,并创建用户

除LCC0外,其余机箱保持断电状态。

连接好LCC0的控制口以及管理以太网到PC后,对LCC0加电,RP自动引

导出厂自带的IOX。

在正常情况下,系统会要求用户创建root-system权的用户名和密码,按照提示创建并记住。

某些情形下,比如到货的RP已经有了用户及密码(比如出厂前做过质量测试或者创建后遗忘),这时需要进行密码恢复。

密码恢复过程简述:

1.设备断电;

2.拔出RP1;

3.设备加电;

4.在设备引导过程中,按Ctrl+C进入ROMMON模式;

5.在ROMMON模式下,执行 confreg 0x42 ,然后reset ;

6.系统重启后,将要求用户创建新的root-system用户名及密码,按提示

创建;

7.用户以新的用户名和密码进入后,configure-register会自动变成0x2;

8.在 Admin配置模式下删除未知密码的用户;

9.插回RP1 ;

完成密码恢复。

命令行创建其他的Admin用户的命令:

Step02 检查系统状态并记录机箱序列号

登入到LCC0的RP0后执行一些相关命令检查系统状态。

机箱序列号在机箱背面右上方。该序列号在MC的配置中将使用到。

Step03 (Optional)拷贝需要的文件到硬盘上

CRS-1支持在Re-fresh安装中,全部安装文件来自TFTP-Server。

可以依据习惯,可以把一些相关的安装文件复制到Harddisk: 。

举例,我们欲复制所有非base的软件包到Harddisk上,相关命令如下:

配置RP上管理口的地址:

Step04 置LCC0的两个RP于ROMMON状态

格式化两个RP 上bootflash:的内容

format bootflash: location 0/RP0/CPU0 force

format bootflash: location 0/RP1/CPU0 force

修改configure-register值后,重启整个LCC0机箱。

Step05 从ROMMON启动系统并安装Base文件系统

清除掉ROMMON中原有引导以及TFTP的相关环境变量的设置。
