This is a typical example of grafting one twig on another; the argumentation of the other side was quite persuasive. As an active attack which took a better position in manner, they posed the question, “If skills are equal to knowledge, as you have always been arguing, why have we seen that, nowadays, lots of people know about stock, while very few of them have the superb skills in controlling it?”The pro side observantly discovered the partiality in the evidence of the other side and decidedly refuted it from “the application of different knowledge in different fields”by retorting “whether or not the improvement of accumulation relies on innovation of means in achieving it?” The retort in use incurred disaster for the other side.
Grafting one twig on another is one style of aggressive attack which is in need of the resoluteness of debaters in refuting. Therefore, this strategy is also a difficult strategy with high opposability and persuasion used in debating.

THW criminalize those who refuse to help fellow citizens in imminent danger The law we were talking about here is not aim to force people to become reckless heroes. It is aimed to warn us against cold-bloodiness and punish those who see other’s lives as nothing. There is no excuse for leaving someone to die when we are capable of helping. Just like the incident of 小悦悦, in 2009, three college students in Hubei were trying to save two drowning boys, but accidentally slide into the river. In the whole time, a fishing boat was there watching. But, the boat owner cruelly told their friends that he would only pick up their bodies but would not come to their rescue. In the end, those three students sacrificed their lives and the two boys lived. We can make a very long list of such tragedies, but a heart-breaking fact is that it will never be complete unless we start doing something to stop that kind of cruelness. Leaving somebody to die is not a single case, and it IS necessary to set laws to warn the whole society. We strongly believe that this kind of cold-blooded behavior should be and can be punished by the criminal law for it is necessary and practical.
