PYONGYANG, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- On a gray, snowy Wednesday, tens of thousands of weeping Koreans bade a final farewell to the nation's late leader Kim Jong Il.
"Fatherly General, don't go please!" "Don't leave us behind alone, please!" citizens of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea sobbed as a limousine carrying a huge portrait of a smiling Kim passed by.
The ceremony to bid a last farewell to Kim Jong Il began in the plaza of the Kumsusan Memorial Palace at 1 p.m. local time (0400 GMT).
Kim Jong Un, the late leader's third son and vice chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and supreme leader of the WPK, state and army, walked with his left hand on the hearse carrying his father's coffin. His right hand was raised in salute.
A military troupe on the square played the national anthem, as the country's flags were lowered to half-mast.
The cortege moved slowly into downtown Pyongyang, where hundreds of thousands of tearful people lined the 40-km route, wailing, stamping, and beating their chests in grief for Kim Jong Il. Some people were so overcome with grief that they fell to the ground.
After circling the capital city, the motorcade returned to the Kumsusan Memorial Palace.
As the final moment of the last farewell was near, soldiers and the Korean people could hardly contain their grief.
More and more people surged toward the cortege trying to catch a last glimpse of the hearse. Saluting guns fired 21 times to pay respects to the late leader.
"Snow fell over the streets nonstop as if the sky had shared sadness with the Korean people who grieve over the loss of the sun of the nation," the official KCNA news agency reported.
"General, our father, it's snowing. How ardently we wished you safety while singing the song 'General, Do not walk on snowy day' whenever we had snow. General, how can you pass so untimely and so suddenly?" a chokeing voice was heard from Chollima Street, the KCNA said.
As the cortege passed through the streets of Pyongyang, many Koreans took off their coats and scarves to cover the road, echoing the song "General, do not walk on snowy day," wishing their late leader good health and safety on his last trip with the Korean people.

摘要：延边朝鲜族的双语教育曾经取得过很大的成就。但是随着我国市场经济和改革开放的不断发展和深入，双语教育正面临着许多新问题。本文将对这些问题运用民族教育理论进行综合分析。 关键词：延边朝鲜族；双语教育；分析 1992年中韩建交以来，在国内作为少数民族语言的朝鲜语价值得到了一定的认可，但是内地的经济、文化、科技都领先于延边朝鲜族自治州，所以人们对汉语的重视程度正逐步超过对朝鲜语的重视程度。同时在中国朝鲜族教育界一直存在着民族教育要“纯”还是要“杂”的争论，使延边朝鲜族双语教育改革在不断探索中完善。因此要改变延边朝鲜族自治州的双语教育必须以“双语兼通”的培养目标和主要任务入手，切实加强双语教育的意识，把延边朝鲜族自治州的双语教育名副其实地做好。 一、朝鲜族双语现象和接受双语教育的朝鲜族学生情况 当前中国朝鲜族人口大约有200万左右。主要分布在延边朝鲜族自治州和长白朝鲜族自治县以及东北三省和内蒙古自治区的一些朝鲜族自治乡，其它则散居或与汉族杂居。按地缘学的角度来讲朝鲜语在强势语言汉语的包围中，时刻受到汉语的影响，因此双语现象是必然的。中国朝鲜族的双语现象经过了4个阶段：从只会单一朝鲜语的一代二代（朝鲜人移住中国时期），逐步过渡为朝——汉双语阶段（朝语占优势），过渡到汉——朝（汉语占优势）的阶段，最后到一些散居地区和山区当地的二代三代几乎不会本民族语言。据延吉市教育科学研究所2009年统计，在延吉市朝鲜族中小学就读的汉族学生仅为450名左右，而在汉族学校中就读的朝鲜族学生为3000名左右，可见民族双语教育面临着巨大的挑战。 二、对待双语教育的观念 在朝鲜族教育界里一直存在着民族教育要“纯”还是要“杂”的问题。在相当长的时期里，朝鲜族教育的核心是怎样保持本民族语言和继承发扬本民族文化。为了使朝鲜族学生在我国社会主义市场经济中与汉族学生拥有同等的语言优势和竞争力，部分人士也曾提出取消朝鲜族教育，直接融入汉族教育体系里的主张。虽然这些主张受到朝鲜族教育界人士和民族教育专家的强烈批判，但是在激烈的市场竞争中，为了更能实现自我价值和财富的积累，在部分朝鲜族家长和学生中认为朝鲜语是可学可不学的语言，片面强调学好汉语重要性的观念得到逐步的强化。 三、双语教学的情况 （一）朝鲜语教学状况 1.授课语言选择问题。朝鲜民族是单一民族，使用单一语言。可是第二次世界大战结束后，朝鲜半岛分裂为两个国家，且两个国家从不同的政治立场出发，对解放以前使用的朝鲜语都进行了一系列的改革，这就形成了今天的平壤文化语和首尔标准语。而中国朝鲜族的朝鲜语从60年代开始，根据周总理的指示，出现了一切出版行业、媒体、艺术等部门的朝鲜语都向平壤学习一边倒的情况。然而到了90年代初，随着中韩关系的改善，以及双方在经济、文化、教育上的频繁交流，中国朝鲜族教育界在授课语言上出现了选择平壤文化语还是首尔标准语的问题。经过长期讨论，最终是把有中国特色的朝鲜语定为朝鲜族教授语言。所谓中国特色的朝鲜语也好，平壤文化语、首尔标准语也好，都在一个大的朝鲜语的框架内，并且朝鲜语的最终解释权不在中国朝鲜族，而在于朝鲜半岛。而且有中国特色朝鲜语不过是朝鲜语的方言之一，而这种方言在交流的时候会出现许多问题。中国的朝鲜族到了韩国以后面临的一个重要的问题就是语言问题，虽然大致上能够交流，但是由于首尔标准语搀杂着大量的外来语以及在专业术语上的表述差异，导致朝鲜族学习韩国语的现象。 2.朝鲜族学校朝汉一周授课时间表 从上表可以看出，汉语课的授课时间逐渐增加，而朝鲜语课的授课时间逐渐减少，就连

朝鲜族简介 朝鲜族主要分布在中国东北三省。朝鲜族聚居的地区，特别是延边地区，农、林、牧、副、渔业生产全面发展。延边地区是中国北方著名的水稻之乡，又是中国主要的烤烟产区之一。朝鲜族以能歌善舞而著称于世。朝鲜族，主要分布在吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州、黑龙江省牡丹江地区、辽宁省丹东地区。朝鲜族比较讲究卫生，讲究礼貌，特别是敬老美德受到各民族人民的称赞。 “都拉吉，都拉吉，都哦拉吉，迎春花开都拉吉”凡是接触过朝鲜族的人，无不对这载歌载舞“桔梗谣”的画面记忆深刻。朝鲜族是个能歌善舞的民族，不论男女老少，都能即兴歌唱，翩翩起舞。这首著名的民歌《桔梗谣》，更是家喻户晓，人人会唱，也使得朝鲜族的风味小吃愈发沾染上了浓郁的饮食文化色彩。 服饰特色 朝鲜族历来喜穿白衣素服，故有"白衣民族"之称。在盛大节日，隆重庆典等场合，朝鲜族男女都习惯穿白色衣衫，故又有“白衣之国”的美称。 迁入初期，朝鲜族人多居于偏僻的山村，服饰的原料主要以自种自织的麻布和土布为主。二十世纪初，机织布和丝绢、绸缎等面料开始传入，服饰的颜色也随之多样化了。朝鲜族的传统服饰有男女上衣、裤子、裙子、外套、袍、坎肩及笠帽、船形鞋等。除了日常的服装外，还有周岁服装、结婚礼服、丧服等礼仪服装。 男子穿白色斜襟短上衣，无纽扣，前襟两侧各钉有一飘带，穿衣时盘结在右襟中上方。他们还喜欢外套黑色或其他颜色的带纽扣的"背褂"（坎肩）。冬天多穿短大衣或棉、毛大衣。下穿灯笼裤，这种裤子裤腰宽，裤裆和裤管肥大，便于在炕上盘腿而坐，穿时将裤腰前部折起后系上腰带，裤管下口用布带系绑。节日时多戴礼帽。朝鲜族男子通常穿短款上衣，斜襟、左衽，宽型袖筒，下身穿宽腿、肥腰、大裆的长裤。外出时喜欢穿斜襟长袍，无纽扣，以长布带打结。 朝鲜族女装多采用丝绸或柔软面料制成，其最大特点为短袄长裙，其色彩和纹饰都很讲究，优雅而漂亮。女袄的袄襟很短，无扣，用绸带系住，襟和下摆略呈弧形，线条柔和。年轻女子喜在袖口及衣襟处镶饰彩色绸缎边。老年妇女冬天外面加穿皮毛为里、绸缎为面的坎肩。裙子分筒裙和缠裙两种，又有长裙和短裙之别。中老年妇女多穿缠裙，系宽腰带，内套白色衬裙，再将外面的裙子缠裹下身，最后把裙子左下角提起掖在腰带内，这是雍容华贵的象征。年轻妇女可以穿缠裙或褶裙，未成年的少女只能穿褶裙，褶裙为直筒式，腰间有很多细褶，宽大而飘逸。 朝鲜族妇女头饰较简单，女孩多留娃娃头短发，未婚少女梳一条长辫，婚后
