1. Fixed wire or outer mold to the center position of clamp, load 5Kgf weights in the wire 70CM line,duration of load 1min ，after test, do a conduction test. DC ：300V/10ms, Insulation resistance 10MOHM MΩ ,Conduction need less than 3Ω;

将线材或外模固定于夹具中心位置，于线材70CM 处系5Kgf 砝码，保持1分钟，完成后进行导通测试，DC ：300V/10ms,绝缘阻抗10 M Ω，导通小于3Ω;

2.The cable pulled away from the end position of the outer mold SR less than 2mm; Appearance: No damage;线材从外模SR 处脱出小于2mm,整体外观无损坏；

3.After test, no appearance defects; 测试后,外观良好；
