杨昌济：亲爱的同学们，今天是我们的第一堂课，我想和大家谈谈修身，修身是一个人，一个读书人成长的第一道门坎，古人云：修身齐家治国平天下，修身是这一切的基础，而修身的第一要务是立志。我想听听大家的志向是什么？

周世刊：老师，我认为教育是立国之本，教育能振兴一个国家，所以我想成为一个学校的校长，为国家培养优秀人才。

话剧表演艺术(一)
话剧表演艺术(讲座） 话剧表演和影视有所不同。用一个晚上是不可能完全提及的。从表演方面看，理论是重要的，但关键还是实践。表演，首先要接触表演元素。我国从五十年代开始，专业院校都用苏联的理论。这里讲的表演元素也是根据苏联的大纲。但并非只有一种理论。我们主要还是按斯坦尼斯拉夫斯基的一套表演元素。 *规定情境 这是不能以个人意愿来作改变的。作者已经写好什么时间，什么地点了。而里面的情节发展，人物，人物关系都已经定了。如果要改变，必须通过全剧组的一致认可才能够改变。所以说，表演是绝对要根据规定情境来进行，不能随心所欲。我们要分析，将作者给予的文字本子，自己分析好，分析透，自己根据规定情境找出人物言行。 *动作 话剧表演不外乎语言和动作，这动作也有两种。 外部动作（即形体、肢体动作），头，手，身，五官…… 内部动作（心理动作）内心里一样有动作，一样在运动。在舞台表演中，如果只有一个外部动作的话，就显得假。所有外部动作，都是根据内心的情绪。一个人欣喜的时候会如何？总是蹦蹦跳跳的。不见东西找的时候，还会不会有这种蹦蹦跳跳的动作？情绪不同了，形体动作也就不同了。很多时候，基本上演员都不会为人物设计形体动作。但实际上，设计出来的小动作往往会反映出一个人的性格。这种动作必须符合人物的情绪。很多朋友上台时都会显得手足无措，而且在讲台词时都会有很多无机的动作。这样往往让人感觉到人物的形象不鲜明。所以，作为形体动作，必须经过训练和实践。只是讲是没用的，这要更多地在实践中熟悉和提炼。 *想象 这也是对表演相当重要的，没了想象力，就不要搞表演。想象力是每个人都有的，问题是想象力有否发挥和利用。想象力也是要练的，这样可以使我们的想象更丰富。台上的对手明明是我的同学，怎么可能是我的老婆？这就要想象而且要想更多的背景材料，如他们的感情如何，这家庭如何……在戏里，我和他发生了这件事，但为了丰富它，我们还要想象出许多别的，以前发生过而没在戏里出现的事。这就是排大戏时的角色自传。往往剧本中是没有的，演员自己就要去想。 舞台上的想象也很重要，例如想象舞台是一间房子。没了这个想象，眼神会变得很假。想象中觉得这间屋漂亮，那说出赞叹词来的是时候才会逼真。 有时候也是要借助一些情绪的。譬如怎么样才能做到泪汪汪？ 拍电视剧时，单机拍摄和多机拍摄不同。外景一般都是单机。例如先拍演讲者，再拍大观众场面，再拍个别听众镜头……这样拍摄就会慢了。有时候拍完我骂你，换个机位，单拍你哭。那么哭的人就要懂得酝酿情绪了。想象听着听着就哭的感觉，就要全凭自己的想象力了，没人从旁协助你。演员最难掌握的就是这一方面。演员可以借助某些情绪，那些自己有感觉的情绪来用到戏里。这种技巧是需要练的。 用半小时来酝酿情绪可能更加哭不出来，因为着急，要赶快找到情绪，但是越急就越没办法，这是什么原因呢？这因为注意力不集中。 *注意力集中 杂念多了就无法集中注意力。某演员被打一耳光后，就能很快哭出来，因为羞，委屈，这时候就已经没杂念了。 基础训练中，注意力集中较重要，排练和上台时，都要注意力集中。第一次上台会很紧张，这就需要我们克服。
我第一次代表专业表演时，是不知道自己表现的。现在表演后会有自己的感觉，能为自己的表演有个评价。但由于当晚紧张，所以无法知道自己的表现。
