本规格书规定了保定风帆新能源有限公司向客户提供的BFN18650F21(2200mAh)圆柱型锂离子电池的技术参数及测试标准。本型号电池适用于笔记本电脑、对讲机、便携式DVD,仪器仪表、音响设备、航模、玩具、摄像机、数码照相机等电子设备。

This specification gives the technical parameters and testing standard of BFN18650F21(2200mAh)provided by Baoding Fengfan New Energy Co.,Ltd..This kind of battery is suitable for notebook,interphone,portable DVD,instruments and meters,sonic equipment,aeromodelling,electric tools,vidicons,digital cameras.

4.注意事项Notices

4.1在测试或使用电池之前,请仔细阅读本规格书,以防止不当操作引起电池功能失效、

发热、漏液、起火甚至爆炸;

Please read this specification carefully before testing or using the battery,in order to avoid the battery from failure,over-heat, electrolyte leakage,set fire or explosion;

4.2对电池进行充放电测试时,请使用锂离子电池专用测试设备,严禁使用普通恒流恒压

源等不能限压限流设备对电池进行充放电,以避免电池被过充过放而引起电池功能失效或发生危险;

In charging or discharging,please apply professional testing equipment;

no use of general constant current and constant voltage power which is not able to restrict current and voltage in order to avoid battery failure and dangers;

4.3对电池充放电或将电池装入设备时,注意不要将电池正负极反置,否则将会使电池发

生过充过放,导致电池严重失效甚至发生爆炸等危险;

Please do not put the battery with false direction of“+”“-”when charging or connecting with the equipment;otherwise the product will suffer from overcharging or over-discharging,and this will lead to battery failure or explosion.

4.4不要直接对电池进行焊接,严禁对电池进行分解;

Don’t weld the battery directly,no opening of the battery.

4.5不要把电池同项链、发夹、硬币或螺丝等金属品一起放在兜中或包中,也不要把电池

同上述物品一起储存,严禁用金属等导电材料直接连接电池正负极而使电池发生短路;

In order to avoid short circuit,please don’t put together the battery with metal stuff,such as necklaces,coins,barrettes,screws in bag or pocket,no connecting directly the“+”and“-”together with metal or other conductive materials.

4.6禁止敲击、抛掷或踩踏电池,更不要将电池放入洗衣机或高压容器内;

No knocking,throwing or trampling the battery,not to mention put the battery in washing machines or high compress vessels.

4.7请勿将电池靠近热源,如火、加热器等,不要在烈日下或在温度超过60℃的条件下使

用或存放电池,否则可能会引起电池发热、起火及功能失效等;

Please keep the battery far away from heat source,such as fire,heater;

don not store or use the battery under strong sunshine or high ambient temperature more than60℃,otherwise the battery will set fire or be overheated or failure.

4.8不要将电池弄湿或将电池投入水中,暂不使用时,请放置在低温干燥的环境中;

Please don not damp the battery or put it into water;please keep the battery dry and be of low temperature in storage.

4.9使用、测试或存放电池时,如发现电池有变热、散发气味、变色、变形或其它反常时,

请立即停止使用或测试,设法隔离电池并远离;

During the period of using,testing or storage,if the battery has been found got hot,expiring abnormal odors,changed color,transformed or in other unusual states,please stop relative handling at once,isolate the battery and keep away from it.

4.10如电池漏液并不慎将电解液溅入眼睛,不要揉擦你的眼睛,立刻用干净的水清洗,严

重情况下请去医院就医,如皮肤或衣物溅上电解液,则需马上用清水清洗干净。

If the battery leaked and the electrolyte split into your eye,don’t knead you eye,flush it with clean water at once,go to see a doctor in the case of be serious;if electrolyte spattered on your skin or clothes,please flush it with clean water.

8.1.3循环寿命Cycling Life 在环境温度20±5℃的条件下,以0.5CA 先恒流充电至上限电压,再恒压充电至充电电流≤20mA ;搁置0.5h 后以0.5CA 放电至3.0V ,放电结束后搁置0.5-1h 后进行下一个循环,直至连续两次放电时间小于72min ,则认为寿命终止。

8.1.4荷电保持能力Capacity Holding 按6.1充电,在温度20±5℃的环境下放置28天,然后以0.2CA 放电至3.0V,电池放电容量≥90%标称容

量。

Charge according to 6.1,lay the battery aside for 28days in the ambient temperature of 20±5℃,then discharge with 0.2CA till the end voltage 3.0V appears,

the capacity given out should be no less than 90%of the rated capacity.

容量Capacity ≥1980mAh 8.1.5存贮Storage 自生产日期到测试日期不足3个月的电池按6.1充电方式充入40%-50%的容量,然后在环境温度20±5℃,相对湿度45%-85%的环境中存贮12个月,存贮期满后按6.1充满电,0.2CA 放电至3.0V 。

As for the battery life less than 3months,charge into 40-50%of the rated capacity according to 6.1,then store for 12months under a condition of ambient temperature of 20±5℃and 45%-85%RH;after storage,charge according to 6.1,then discharge with 0.2CA till the end voltage is 3.0V.放电时间Discharge

8.3环境适应性Environment Applicability

After charging according to 6.1,put a battery connected with a thermocouple into ventilation cabinet,short circuit “+”and

“-”(overall resistant of the loop is no more than 50m Ω);

monitor the battery temperature during the testing process,

when the battery temperature is lower than the peak value for 10℃,the test is over.

8.2.2过充Overcharge

电池按6.1充满电后,将接有热电偶的电池放置于通风橱内;连接正负极于一恒流恒压电源,调节电流至3CA ,电压为10V ,然后对电池进行充电,直至电池电压为10V ,电流接近0A 。实验过程中监测电池温度变化,当电池温度下降到比峰值低约10℃,结束实验。

After charging according to 6.1,put a battery connected with

a thermocouple into ventilation cabinet,connect the “+”and

“-”with a constant current and constant voltage power,

adjust the current to 3CA and the voltage to 10V.charge the battery till the voltage is 10V and the current is about to 0;monitor the battery temperature during the testing process,when the battery temperature is lower than the peak value for 10℃,the test is over.

8.2.3重物冲击Heavy Shock

电池放置于冲击台上,将10公斤重锤自1m 高度自由落下,冲击已固定在夹具中的电池(电池受力位置参见附图4)。Put a battery on the shock platform,let a hammer of 10kg fall down freely from a height of 1m,shock the battery fixing in the clamp(for the position of the battery,see figure 4)

电池不起火,不爆炸。No fire,no explosion 8.2.4热冲击Thermal Shock

电池按6.1充电后,将电池置于热箱中,温度以(5±2℃)/min 的速率升至150±2℃并恒温10分钟。Charge the battery according to 6.1,then put a battery into a thermal box,heat with a temperature rising speed of (5±2℃)/min till 150±2℃,then keep this temperature constant for 10minutes.

8.3.2低温性能Low Temperature performance 电池按6.1充满电后,在温度-20±2℃的环境下放置16-24

小时,然后以0.2CA 放电至2.75V,电池放电容量≥70%标称容量。Charge the battery according to 6.1,lay the battery aside for 16-24hours under a temperature of -20±2℃,then discharge to 2.75V with 0.2CA,capacity given out should

be no less than 90%of rated capacity.

9.包装Package

电池在包装时需处于半充满状态,包装箱外应标明产品名称、型号、标称电压、数量、毛重、出厂日期及相应等级的内阻、容量。

Battery in the package should be in half-charged state.On the surface of the package,there should be with product name,type,rated voltage,number,gross,leaving factory time and correspond ing internal resistant and capacity.10.运输Transport

电池应包装成箱进行运输,在运输过程中应防止剧烈振动、冲击或挤压、防止日晒雨淋,可使用汽车、火车、轮船、飞机等交通工具运输。

The battery should be transport in packages.Avoid strong vibration,shock or extrusion ,keep away from sunshine and rain.The transport vehicle may be automobile,train,ship,airplane,etc.11.贮存

电池应存放在5.14所规定的环境温度及相对湿度不大于75%的清洁、干燥、通风的室内,避免与腐蚀性物质接触、应远离火源和热源。另外必须使电池处于半充满状态贮存,以防止电池因自放电而产生过放电,发生不可逆容量损失。

The battery should be store in a clean,dry,ventilated room with a temperature required in 5.14and 75%RH.Keep away from corrosive material,fire and heat source.In addition,the battery should be store in half-charging state,in order to avoid over-discharge caused by self-discharge,and this will lead to irreversible capacity loss.12.保质期是从出厂开始6个月。

The quality guarantee period is 6months from the time leaving factory.

8.3.3振动Vibration

电池按6.1充满电后,将电池安装在振动台面上,按(振动频率:10Hz ~30Hz ,位移单振幅:0.38mm;振动频率:30Hz ~55Hz ,位移单振幅:0.19mm )振动频率和对应的振幅以X,Y,Z 三个方向从10Hz ~55Hz 循环扫频振动30min,扫频速率为1oct/min.

Charge the battery according to 6.1,then fix the battery on the vibration platform,perform cycling sweep frequency(sweep rate is1oct/min )vibration on X,Y,Z axis for 30min ,vibration frequency:10Hz ~30Hz ,displacement single swing:0.38mm;vibration frequency:30Hz ~55Hz ,displacement single swing:0.19mm.

电池外观应无明显损伤,冒烟,漏液或爆炸,电压不低于3.6V

Battery appearance has no obvious damage,no fume,no electrolyte leakage and explosion,voltage is no less than 3.6V.

8.3.4自由

跌落Free Fall

电池按6.1充满电后,将电池由高度为(最低点高度)1m 位置从X ,Y ,Z 正负六个方向自由跌落,每个方向跌落1次至水泥地面上的18~20mm 的硬木地板上。然后将电池以1CA 电流放电至3.0V ,再进行不少于3个的充放电循环(按6.1充电,1CA 放电)。

Charge the battery according to 6.1,then let the battery fall freely and separately along X,Y,Z axis on both directions from a height of 1m (from the lowest point to the floor)on a hard wooden floor with a thick ness of 18-20mm placing on the concrete ground.Then discharge the battery with 1CA till to the voltage falls to 3.0V,and perform charge and discharge cycle for no less than 3times (charge according to 6.1,discharge with 1CA).

电池不起火,不爆炸。放电时间应不低于51min 。No fire,no explosion.Discharge time should be no less than 51min.

13.本公司对没有按本规格书规定操作而导致的意外不负责任。

We are irresponsible for any accident caused by handling not according to this specification.14.本公司对本规格书有不通知客户进行修改的权利。

We have the right to modify this specification without notifying the clients.15.本规格书未尽事宜由供求双方共同协商解决。
