●客人要求买单：

1．Please bring us the bill

2．Could I have the check?

3．Can we check?

不管客人怎么说，只要客人提到Check和bill，而且东西也差不多吃完的时候，几乎都是买单不会错。

●要求客人先买单：

1.Excuse me，sir, would you mind to sign the bill now?

打扰了先生，可以麻烦您现在买单吗？

2.Do you mind if l bring you the bill?

介不介意先结账呢？

早餐都会要求客人先签单，因为早餐的客流量非常大。按照集团的服务标准是要求不含早的客人落座后便可要求其签单的。

●询问客人结账方式：

1.How do you like to make your payment?

请问您想如何结账?

2.How would you like to pay?

请问您打算用什么方式结账？

●常用的结账方式英文：

1.By card 刷卡

2.In cash 付现

3.Charge it to the room 挂房帐

4.Put it on your hotel bill 挂房帐

●挂房帐时常用的英文：

1．Could you sign the bill and mark down your room number, please?

请您签上姓名和房号

2．Could you also give me your room number?

3．May l also have your room number?

可以知道您的房间号吗？

4．Would you sign your name in block letters?

您能用正楷签名吗？

5．May l have your signature, please?

可以麻烦您签个字吗？

（signature指的签名，但是一般外国人听到这个词就会写一个你压根儿看不懂的一团圈圈给你，所以少用为妙）
