防电磁辐射服装暴露面积对其屏蔽效能的影响

摘要由于防电磁辐射面料制成服装后的屏蔽效能会因款式和暴露面积有所下降,研究服装暴露面积对屏蔽效能的影响可以为防电磁辐射类服装的研发提供参考。利用依据“开窗法”原理自行研制的独特防电磁辐射服装屏蔽效能测试系统,对不同款式的防电磁辐射服装进行效能测试和评估。结果表明:电磁屏蔽服装的屏蔽效能与服装款式和面料屏蔽效能这2个因素直接相关;在面料屏蔽效能相同的条件下,服装款式对防电磁辐射服装的屏蔽效能影响很大;西装类等暴露面积较大的屏蔽服装其屏蔽效能不佳,暴露面积过大的屏蔽服装几乎没有屏蔽效果。关键词防电磁辐射服装;暴露面积;屏蔽效能;服装款式

Abstract After shielding fabrics are made into garments,the shielding effectiveness will decrease due to different styles and exposure area of garments.This study is devoted to provide reference for anti-electromagnetic garment manufactures based on the shielding affectiveness decrease resulting from garment styles and exposure area.A unique testing system for measuring anti—electromagnetic effect of garments has been developed,and magnetic shielding effect of anti—electromagnetic garments of different styles Was tested. The results indicated that the shielding efficiency of anti-electromagnetic garments is directly affected by its styles and shielding effectiveness of the fabric.When using fabrics with the same shielding effectiveness, garment styh has great influence on the shielding effectiveness of anti—magnetic garments.The anti—magnetic garments

with large exposure area,such as western suits,exhibit poor shielding effectiveness.The garment

继水污染、空气污染、噪声污染之后,电磁波污染已引起人们的高度重视¨‘2-。目前,在所开发的各类电磁屏蔽材料中,金属类导体或涂层屏蔽织物制成的全封闭屏蔽体具有显著的屏蔽效能[3],作为非完全封闭体的防电磁辐射服装,为了正常的服用性能,难免会开口、开缝、缝纫,添加钮扣、拉链等,不可避免地破坏了面料本身的整体性,所以防电磁辐射服装的屏蔽效能相对于完全封闭屏蔽体的屏蔽效能会有所下降HJ。实现防电磁辐射服装的屏蔽效果与服装美观及舒适性的完美结合已成为值得研究的重要问题。

目前,国内外已有关于屏蔽织物及防电磁辐射服装屏蔽效能的测量方法。如ASTM ES7双盒法和改良的MIL.STD.285法,其对屏蔽布、屏蔽衬垫、屏
