一、概述General

HY-BWD3K330D型电脑温控器是我公司为干式电力变压器可靠运行而设计的最新一代多功能电脑温度控制器。通过预埋在变压器绕组中的三只Pt100铂热电阻来检测变压器绕组的温升情况,并根据温升自动控制风机的启停,具备超温报警和超温跳闸功能。温控器采用最新的内置高分辨力A/D转换器,RISC单片计算机和I 2C总线调整与存储技术,依据JB/T7631-94标准设计生产,结构简单,功能齐全,抗干扰能力强,长期运行可靠。温控器还具有“黑匣子”功能,可记录变压器停电时刻三相绕线组的温度及温控器的工作状态,以方便用户分析停电原因。

Model HY-BWD3K130B computerized thermostat is a new generation of multifunctional thermostat specially designed and developed by our company for dry type electric power transformers. It monitors the temperature rise of the transformer windings through three pieces of Pt100 Platinum Thermisters pre-embeded in the windings, and automatically controls the start and stop of the fan according to the sensed temperature rise. And it also has overheat alarm and overheat trip functions. The thermostat adopts the latest built-in high resolution A/D converter, RISC monolithic computer, and I 2C bus line modulating and memory technology, design and production are based on JB/T7631-94 standard, it features complete functions, simple structure, high antijamming capability, long time stable and reliable performance. The thermostat also has a black box function which records the temperature of the three-phase windings and the working state of the thermostat where there is power failure, so that the user can analyze the cause of the power failure according to the recorded data.

With Computer-Aided Circuit Design, it adopts precise temperature coefficient elements, so that the zero point drift and temperature drift are greatly reduced.

干扰均有极强的抑制能力。

Reinforced antiinterference design. By combining software and hardware filtering functions, it is powerful in suppressing electric fast transition interference, common mode interference, serial mode interference, and space radio frequency interference.

3、具备强大的内置WA TCHDOG功能和上掉电检测模块的RISC单片机,使温控器在各

种条件下均能正常工作而不需另设复位键。

It has powerful built-in WATCHDOG function, a SCM with upper power down detection module, so that the thermostat can continue to work at different conditions without the need of installing a reset button.

4、完善的检测保护功能。温控器可自动判断传感器短路及开路故障。通过设置还可定时

启动风机,以避免风机长时间不工作而锈蚀堵转造成损坏。温控器也可通过模拟输入温度值来检测温控器的控制功能。

Complete detection and protection functions. The thermostat can automatically diagnose the short circuit of the sensor and the problem of the open circuit. The fan can set to timing starting mode to run the fan periodically so as to avoid stopping too long a time which may cause rust and result in blockage. You can also input temperature value in analogue mode to detect the control function of the thermostat.

5、I 2C总线调整与存储技术。温控器内无需采用电位器,而是采用先进的I 2C总线调整

技术调校温度精度,彻底解决了因使用电位器而可能产生的漂移及接触不良的缺点,使温控器可长期可靠地运行。

I 2C bus line modulating and memory technology. The thermostat adopts I 2C bus line

modulating technology, instead of potentiometer, to modulate temperature precision. This eliminates the defect of drift and poor contact resulted from the use of potentiometer, ensuring a long and stable operation of the thermostat.

6、操作简便。温控器的所有操作均可通过面板上的轻触键设置,智能化的按键设置能自

动判断设置范围。设置好的温度参数停电后能自动保存,不会丢失。

Simple operation. All the operations can be carried out by pressing the touch buttons on the control panel. The intelligent touch button settings can automatically judge the setting scope. The set temperature parameters can be stored automatically when power is stopped so that they will not be lost

7、安装简便。用户可选用本公司提供的安装支架来安装温控器及调整温控器显示面板的

朝向。

Easy installation. Customers can select the mounting rack provided by our company to install the thermostat and adjust the direction of the display panel.

Super sized nixie tube high display resolution is used, it is easy to install, and the user can select any proper place to hang it on the wall or fix it with screws.

8、抗干扰性能:Anti jamming property:

①电快速瞬变:

温控箱的电源线和输入/输出端能承受频率为5kHz、电压分别为1kV和0.5kV的电快速瞬变试验,显示和控制附加误差限的绝对值均满足标准要求。

① Electric quick transient:

The power cord and input/output terminals of the temperature control box can endure an electric quick transient test of 5 kHz in frequency and 1kV to 0.5kV in voltage, both the displayed value and the controlled absolute value of additive error limit can meet the standard requirement.

②静电干扰:

温控箱能承受4kV的静电放电10次试验,显示及控制附加误差限的绝对

值均满足标准要求。

②Static disturbance:

Te temperature control box can endure 10 times of 4kV static discharge; both the displayed value and the controlled absolute value of additive error limit can meet the standard requirement.

③共模和串模干扰:

对共模250V AC/50Hz或串模200mV AC/50Hz干扰电压,显示和控制附加误差限的绝对值均满足标准要求。

③ Common mode serial mode interference:

For the interference voltage of 250V AC/50Hz for common mode or 200mV AC/50Hz for serial mode, both the displayed value and the controlled absolute value of additive error limit can meet the standard requirement.

④外界磁场影响::

温控箱放置在50Hz、400A/m的交流磁场中,并处于最不利的位置和方向

上,显示及控制附加误差限的绝对值均满足标准要求。

④ External magnetic field affect:

Te temperature control box is put in an alternating magnet field of 50Hz、400A/m and placed in a most unfavorable position and direction, both the displayed value and the controlled absolute value of additive error limit can meet the standard requirement.

⑤空间射频干扰:

温控箱能承受频率为80MHz~1000MHz,磁场强度为3V/m的幅射电磁场试验,其示值和控制附加误差限的绝对值均满足标准要求。

Te temperature control box can endure radiating electromagnetic field test with 80MHz~1000MHz frequencies and 3V/m radiation, both the displayed value and the controlled absolute value of additive error limit can meet the standard requirement.

三、产品功能Product functions

1.检测并巡回显示变压器三相绕组温度或只显示变压器三相绕组温度最高的一相绕组温度。巡回显示时每相显示约6秒。

Detects and displays alternately the temperature of the three- phase windings in the transformer, or only displays the winding with the highest temperature among the transformer?s three- phase windings. In alternating display mode, each phase is displayed for about 6 seconds each time.

2.故障声光报警:传感器故障时相应的A、B、C相指示灯亮,同时风机启动,温控器内发出…滴滴?声并接通报警触点。LED显示…X-HO?或…X-LO?,…X?表示故障相位。

Light and sound fault alarm: In case the sensor has troubles, the corresponding indicator lamp for A, B, and C phase will glow, at the same time, the fan starts to run, the thermostat gives out alarm sound and connect the alarming contact. The LCD displays …X-HO?or …X-LO?,…X? indicates phase.

3.风机启动和关闭功能:当变压器三相绕组中有一相绕组温度达到设定的风机启动温度值时风机自动启动,风机启动时风机指示灯亮。当变压器三相绕组中没有一相绕组温度大于设定的风机关闭温度值时风机自动关闭。

Fan stating and stopping function: When the temperature of any of the three-phase windings in the transformer reaches the preset automatic start value of the fan, the fan will start to run automatically and the fan indicator lamp glows. When the temperature values of all the three-phase windings in the transformer are lower than the automatic stop value of the fan, the fan will stop to run automatically.

4.超温报警功能:当变压器三相绕组中有一相绕组温度达到设定的超温报警温度值时温控器发出声、光报警,并接通报警输出端子,提供一组开关信号给远方的控制柜。

Overheat alarm function: When the temperature of any of the three-phase windings in the transformer reaches the preset overheat alarm value, the thermostat will give out sound and light alarms, and connect the alarm output terminal to provide a group of on off signals to the far end control cabinet.

5.超温跳闸功能:当变压器三相绕组中有一相绕组温度达到设定的跳闸温度值时,温控器接通跳闸输出端子,提供一组开关信号给远方的控制柜,启动跳闸电路。

Overheat trip function: When the temperature of any of the three-phase windings in the transformer reaches the preset overheat trip value, the thermostat will connect the trip output terminal to provide a group of on off signals to the far end control cabinet, which will start up the trip circuit.

(In order to prevent unnecessary trip by occasional factors, a 5-second delay is designed.)

6.手动启动关闭风机功能:按风机键,风机启动,再按风机键,风机关闭。如手动风机启动后没有手动关闭风机,则风机启动约15分钟后自动关闭。

Manual fan starting and stopping function: Pressing the fan button, the fan will start up, pressing the fan button again, the fan will stop. When the fan is manually started, it will stop automatically after about 15 minutes if it is not stopped manually.

7.风机定时检测功能:为避免风机长时期不启动而锈蚀堵转损坏,特设有风机定时检测功能,定时启动时间可自由设定范围为0-199小时,到设定值时风机启动一次,启动时间约2分钟。输入“000”时则取消该功能。

Periodic fan detection function: In order to prevent long time stopping and the consequential corrosion and blockage, a special fan detection function is provided, the selectable scope of the periodic starting time is from 0 to 199 hours, when the time reaches the preset starting value, and the fan will start up automatically and keep running for about

2 minutes. Inputting “000” will cancel the function.

8.控制功能自检:可模拟输入温度值而使温控器作出相应的功能表现。

Control function self diagnose: You can input analog temperature value, and let the thermostat performs corresponding functions.

9.“黑匣子”功能:可记录温控器断电时的变压器三相绕组温度,以及本机的工作状态。

“Back box” function: The thermostat can record the temperature value of the three-phase windings in the transformer in case of power failure.

10.所有温度设置均可通过面板上的轻触键直接设置。为避免闲杂人员随意更改设置,温控器设有密码,只有密码输入正确才能设置,否则只能查看而不能设置,并且温控器发出一声…嘀?的报警声。设置温度范围见下表。

All the temperature values can be set with the touch buttons on the control panel. In order to prevent irrelevant people to change the set values, the thermostat is design to use password, you can set the value only when you input the correct password, otherwise, you can only see the value and cannot change it, if you do not input correct password, the thermostat will gave out an alarm sound. 四、温控器工作状态Thermostat working state

1.LED显示变压器三相绕组中温度最大值时,“最大”指示灯亮。

When LED displays the maximum temperature value of the three-phase windings in the transformer, the “Maximum” indicator lamp is lit.

2.LED巡回显示变压器三相温度值时,“巡回”指示灯亮。

When LED alternately displays the temperature values of the three-phase windings in the transformer, the “Alternating” indicator lamp is lit.

3.风机运行:“风机”指示灯亮,控制风机继电器触点闭合,风机启动。

Fan Run: “Fan”indicator lamp is lit, the fan relay contact is closed, and the fan is started.

4.超温报警:“超温”指示灯亮,温控器内发出…嘀嘀?声,超温报警继电器触点闭合。

Overheat alarm: “Overheat” indicator lamp is lit, the thermostat gives an alarm sound, and the overheat alarm relay contact is closed.

5.超温跳闸:“跳闸”指示灯亮,超温跳闸继电器触点闭合。

Overheat trip: “Trip”indicator lamp is lit, and the overheat trip relay contact is closed.

6.A、B、C三相传感器故障时相应A、B、C指示灯亮,同时控制风机继电器触点闭合,风机启动及温控器内发出…嘀嘀?声,并且超温报警继电器触点闭合。温控器显示…X-HO? 或…X-LO?,…X?表示故障相位。显示…HO?时为传感器+线断或传感器内部开路。显示…LO?时为传感器G或-线断或传感器内部短路,也可能未接传感器(传感器+,-,G线请参考传感器内部接线图)。

When the sensor of phase A, B or C has a trouble, the corresponding indicator lamp A,

B or

C is lit, at the same time, the fan control relay contact is closed, the fan is started,

the thermostat will give out a alarm sound, and the overheat alarm relay contact is closed. The thermostat displays …X-HO? or …X-LO?,…X? indicates trouble phase. When …HO? is displayed, it indicates sensor + wire broken, or the sensor is internally open.

When …LO?is displayed, it indicates sensor G, or -wire broken, or the sensor is internally short circuited, or the sensor is not connected (about sensor +, -,G wire, please refer to the internal wiring diagram of the sensor).

五、按键功能Functions of the keys

1、功能键:正常工作状态时按此键可进入参数设置状态;参数设置状态时按此键将设

置参数写入,并进入下一参数设置;“黑匣子”记录检查状态时按此键可结束检查记录状态,并进入正常工作状态。功能检测状态时按此键返回正常工作状态。

Function key: During normal work state, pressing this key will enter into parameter setting mode; in parameter setting mode, pressing this key will enter into parameter writing modem and at the same time it will enter into the next parameter setting; in “black box”record checking mode, pressing this key will stop the record checking mode and enter into the normal work state. During function diagnose mode, pressing this key will return back to normal work state.

2、移位/风机键:正常工作状态时按此键可手动启停风机;参数设置状态时按此键可改

变设置闪烁位。“黑匣子”记录检查状态时按此键无效。

Shift/Fan key:During normal work state, pressing this key can manually start or stop the fan; in parameter setting mode, pressing this key can change the setting flicker bit. In “black box” record checking mode, this key is unavailable.

3、增加/巡回键:正常工作状态时按此键可切换最高/巡回显示状态。参数设置状态时按

此键一次可使设置闪烁位数据增加…1?。依此类推。“黑匣子”记录检查状态时按此键无效。

Increase/Alternating:During normal work state, pressing this key can change to Maximum/Alternating mode; in parameter setting mode, pressing this key once will increase the setting flicker bit by “1”, and the like. In “black box” record checking mode, this key is unavailable.

4、记录键:正常工作状态时按此键可进入“黑匣子”记录检查状态。参数设置状态时按

此键无效。“黑匣子”记录检查状态时连续按此键可将全部记录检查完,并进入正常的工作状态;功能检测状态时按此键可将模拟温度值输入温控器,温控器作相应的功能表现(为防止误跳闸,模拟输入温度值大于或等于设定超温跳闸温度值时,温控器不发出跳闸信号,仅面板上跳闸指示灯亮)。

Record key:During normal work state, pressing this key will enter into “black box”

record checking mode. In parameter setting mode, this key is unavailable. In “black box”

record checking mode, pressing this key repeatedly will check through all the records and then enter into normal work state. in function diagnose mode, pressing this key can input the analogue temperature value into the thermostat, and the thermostat will perform corresponding functions(To avoid mistrip, the analogue temperature value should be larger or equal than the preset trip temperature value, the thermostat will not give out trip signal, only the trip indicator lamp on the control panel is lit).

5、超高温自动跳闸功能:当三相绕组中有一相达到设定的跳闸温度值时,温控箱接通跳闸输出端子,并提供一个开关信号给远方的控制柜,启动跳闸电路。(为防止因偶然因素触发跳闸特设有约40S延时)

5. Superhigh temperature automatic trip function:If the temperature of one of the three-phase windings reaches the set trip value, the temperature control box will connect the trip output terminal, and provide a switching signal to the remote control cabinet so as to trigger the trip circuit.(In order to prevent accident trip, a delay of 40S is designed)

6、消音键:温控箱内出现消防报警声音时,按此键可消除声音。如果没有发生超温报警

或故障时,此键恢复到开机状态。

7、在任何操作状态下,如超过20秒未操作,温控器将自动返回正常工作状态。

No matter in any mode, if there is no operation for more than 20 seconds, the thermostat will automatically return to the normal work state.

六、BWD3K130C电脑通讯功能

VIII.BWD3K130C Computer communication function

1、功能特点Function features

1.1在通用型BWD3K130B的基础上,具备RS-485串行通讯功能,另配备与RS-485的接口转

换器。

On the basis of the general purpose BWD3K130B, It has RS-485 serial communication function and is also provided with interface converter for RS-485.

1.2为用户提供上位机Windows环境下应用测试软件。

Application test software working for upper machine under Windows environment will be provided to users.

1.3最多接32台温控器,通讯距离可达1200米。

1.4用户在电脑上可以看到温控器测量的温度值及温控器上电和掉电时工作状态;还能强制启

动或关闭冷却风机;用户可在电脑上直接修改各控制的参数(设置范围均以软件上的规定为标准)。

Users can view temperature value measured in temperature control box, working state of power connection and power failure of temperature control box. It can also start or shut off cooling fan by force and modify various control parameters directly in the computer (the setting range is based on the stipulation of the software).

2、软件的安装使用:请参考测试软件光盘中华鹰公司目录下的使用向导。

Installation and use of software: Please refer to use guide in the directory of HuaYing Co. of test software CD.

3、接口连接方法:将本公司所提供通讯线的九芯插针头插入温控器后盖板上的RS485通讯接口

插座上,另一头RS485H转换器的九芯插座连接到电脑九芯插头上。(通讯线的九芯插头与RS485H转换器之间可延长至1200米,建议用户用屏蔽通讯线)。(图三)

Interface connection method: Insert the nine-pin plug of communication wire provided by our company into RS485 communication interface socket on the back cover of temperature control and nine-pin socket of RS485H converter in the other side will be connected with nine-pin plug of computer. (The distance between nine-pin plug of communication wire and RS485H converter can be extended to 1200m and screen communication line is recommended).(Figure 3)

七、BWD3K130D电流输出功能

IX.BWD3K130D Current output function:

1.功能特点:

在通用型BWD3K130B的基础上,同时具备输出三路与温度成线性对应关系的独立的4~20mA工业标准电流信号,可以满足用户直接与远端的A/D卡相连,以组成集散式监控系统。

1. Functional features:

On the basis of the general purpose BWD3K130B, It has three independent 4~20mA industrial standard current output signals, which has linear corresponding relation with temperature. It can make users connect with remote A/D card directly so as to form a centralized monitoring system.

2. 4~20mA输出(DB9)插座引脚定义(图四)

3.电流输出技术标准Technical standard for current output

3.1最大负载电阻值Max. load resistance value : R ≤500Ω

输出精度Output precision :±1%

线性误差Linear deviation :≤0.015%

3.2温控器测量的温度值与输出电流的对应曲线和关系式:(图五)

九、操作方法

Part Seven Operation method 1.参数设置步骤作方法

注:设置温度值如不在设置范围内或未遵循T4>T3>T2 >T1 +4

(4为风机启停的最小回差值)则自动返回前次操作

Note:

If the set temperature value is out of the set range or if you fail to follow the procedure of T4>T3>T2 >T1 +4 (4 is the minimum return difference value for the fan to start and stop), it will automatically returns to he previous operation.

2.“黑匣子”记录检查步骤

十、注意事项Precautions

1、使用前请仔细阅读说明书。

Carefully read this instruction manual.

2、温控器在固定板上安装好后,连接好有关引线在确定无误的情况下方可送电运行。

Install the thermostat on the fixing board, connect thee corresponding lead, and make sure everything is right, before switch on the power and start to work.

3、传感器探头请勿用打火机烧烤。

Do not burn the sensor probe with a lighter.

4、本温控器是最新设计,可长期可靠运行而不需任何特别维护。但请避免长期接触强腐

蚀性气体引起器件腐蚀而影响温控器性能。

This thermostat is the latest design model, and therefore it is reliable and can work for a long time without special maintenance. However, care should be taken to prevent element corrosion and the consequential affect on the performance of the thermostat, if it is used in
