This specification shall be indicated on drawings follows. Ex.) PA66-GF30-03 TYPE E-1 (MS941-03) 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 General Requirements Assemblies using these materials shall conform to all the requirements of the appropriate assembly performance specification. The chemical composition and processing condition of raw material that can affect the quality of parts shall not be changed inappropriately. The part performance, durability etc. shall be tested before changing the chemical composition of raw material and shall get approval from the department of Advanced Functional Materials Research Team. The finished products used by these materials shall have no flaw, uneven luster, sunburn, warpage, silver streak, crack, uneven color, excessive flow mark, weld line, sink mark or other defects. 3.2 Detailed Requirements This material shall be tested by the methods specified in Clause 4, and shall conform to the requirements in Table 2. Specimens shall be made with the same process as parts.

b 3.3 Heavy metals and Harmful substances Every material must meet MS201-02. 4. TEST METHODS a 4.1 General Condition 4.1.1 Standard condition of laboratory Standard state of laboratory is 23 ± 2℃ and 50 ± 5% RH. 4.1.2 Standard condition of test specimen The specimens shall be kept at least 24 h in the standard condition specified in Clause 4.1.1 after 48 h they are made. 4.1.3 The number of test specimen Perform each test with 7 specimens and report the average of 5 values after excluding the highest and the lowest value. 4.2 Specific Gravity Shall conform to ASTM D 792. 4.3 Tensile Strength Shall conform to ASTM D 638. Specimen : Type 1, Test speed : 50 ㎜/min.

Specimen size : 63.5 × 12.7 × 6.4 ㎜ (Notched). 4.8 Heat Distortion Temperature (HDT) Shall conform to ASTM D 648. Specimen size : 127 × 12.7 × 6.4 ㎜, Stress Load : 1.82 MPa. c 5. TEST REPORT Whenever the materials are supplied to initial and practical products, the test report including FT-IR, TGA, and DSC shall be submitted to the corresponding teams. Whenever changing the material, processing condition and its suppliers, the test report and their analysis results shall be also submitted and approved.
