5结论
本文以环杭州湾区域内高速公路和主要干道组成的路网为基础,验证VISSIM微观仿真模型在动态交通分配研究的可行性;结果显示动态交通分配可以优化路网交通流分布.在此基础上从交通管理人员和出行者的角度出发,对比不同严重程度的事件及车载路径诱导系统对路网整体运行状况的影响.结果表明,事件持续时间和大桥限速是影响车辆正常运行的关键因素}发生紧急事件时,需要提高应急救援速度;使用路径诱导系统可以提高道路交通运行效率,极大缓解紧急事件引起的负面影响,但其效果与车辆装载率成非线性关系.
由于运行时间所限,场景设置的仿真时长均小于3h,有效仿真时长较短,因此本文中假定仿真时段内的0D需求保持不变.但动态OD是动态交通分配的重要特征,需进一步深入研究.此外,本文对借用对向车道的管理措施效果也进行了量化评估,但与BalakrishnaEnl的研究结果不同,本模型中该措施的作用并不明显,有待进一步验证.当车辆装载率大于一定值后,增加车载导航设备的数量无法明显改善路网运行状况,因此有必要确定合适的导航设备装配率,使其具有更加显著的实际应用价值.
