【摘要】：

随着我国社会和经济的飞速发展，国家加大了对水利工程建设的投入,使水利工程建设也

进入了一个前所未有的快速发展阶段。虽然我国的水利工程的快速发展人们的生活带来了便利，也获得了巨大的经济效益与社会效益，但是也造成了人们对于水利工程的要求越来越高。根据我多年从事水利工程施工建设的实践和经验,本文对水利工程施工质量检测中经常出现的

问题进行了讨论，并且以此为基础论述了提高水利工程施工质量的对策，希望能对相关部门与施工单位提供一定的帮助和建议。

[ Abstract ]:

With the rapid development of society and economy in China, the state has increased investment in water conservancy construction, water conservancy project construction has entered a stage of rapid development of hitherto unknown. Although the rapid development of China's water conservancy project of people 's life to bring the convenience, also has obtained the enormous economic benefits and social benefits, but also caused people to request more and more high water conservancy engineering. According to the practice and experience of our many years engaged in the construction of water conservancy project, often appear in the water conservancy project construction quality inspection problems are discussed, and based on this to discuss the countermeasure to improve the quality of water conservancy project construction, the hope of the relevant departments and construction units to provide some help and suggestions.

随着我国建设工程步伐的加快，水利工程建设也迅速地开展起来。水利工程的建设和投资的规模逐渐增多，而且水利工程为人们和生活工作带来了便利，也为国家的进步贡献了力量。但是施工质量是水利工程建筑的重要核心，所以水利工程的工程质量直接影响人们的生活的便利以及国家的发展稳定。然而在我国的水利工程的施工质量检测时发现水利工程中仍然存在各种各样的质量问题。这些施工质量问题不仅会影响到水利工程的正常使用，从而影响人们的正常生活，而且会影响到我们实现经济效益与社会效益，因此国家的有关部门与施工单位必须高度重视这些质量问题，积极的寻找解决对策，确保我们水利工程的施工质量。
