民办高校实践教学改革与实验室建设

摘要随着社会经济的迅速发展，高技能型人才的需求量不断增加，但高职院校的学生却普遍存在就业难，就好业更难的问题，为缩小与高技能型人才的差距，几乎所有民办高职院校都不同程度地开展了不同类型的实践教学。如何把握实践教学的教学管理和教学质量问题随之而来，本文通过对烟台南山学院食品与营养保健学院如何提高实践教学管理水平和教学水平的研究，发现实践教学过程中存在的问题，针对问题提出解决方法，同时加以推广，最终达到培养出适合社会和就业市场需求的人才。
