After read her chapter,i think i am agree with her.If someone starts an exercise program and improves his fitness, even if he doesn’t lose an ounce, he will generally have a longer life and a much healthier life. It would be nice if people would look at exercise as a way to make themselves feel better and live longer and not necessarily as a way to make themselves skinnier. And a famous teacher arise in my thoughts,she is Y uJuan,a great younger techer of Fudan University,but died of cance when she was 33 years old.Before she was dying,she said:" in the critical point, any overtime (long-term stay up late is equal to chronic suicide), to give yourself too much

pressure ,and so on, these are the floating clouds. If you have time, to spend some time with your child, put the money to buy a pair of shoes for your parents instead of to buy a car, and to stay together with your loves, these are all More value than anything else!

As the report,China will reinvestigate allegations that Chinese-made drug capsules containing powdered

flesh from dead babies are being smuggled into South Korea, state media reported Tuesday. The official Xinhua

News Agency said that according to a statement from Ministry of Health spokesman Deng Haihua an

investigation launched in August found no proof that such capsules were being manufactured in China.

As a chinese people,i think it is not right for manufacturers to put these drug in the capsul,but for the foeign country ,you should also responsible for your words,except you have enough proof,you can not easy to blame for chinese people.and for our chinese manufacturers,we should be strict with ourselves,and don't do any illegal things so that to maintain the dignity of our country better.

Marriage has had a good press lately. More people are marrying and more people are staying married. This is welcome news. I have recently met a number of community groups that promote marriage in schools, colleges and generally in society, an encouraging and hopeful experience for me. But of course while I welcome this greater interest in marriage, both in promoting it and defending it, it is impossible to do so unless we understand what marriage and the family are.

This is an important article. The bishop points out that "the Conservative Party manifesto pledged to recognise marriage through the tax system." It has broken this promise. The Conservative manifesto did NOT say anything about so-called homosexual "marriage" but it is proposing to force this through parliament. This is why I, a life-long Tory, will no longer vote for that party. I believe that many other former Conservative voters will say the same.
