论文内容
1、论文字数不少于4000字。论文内容主要反映课题研究情况（包括研究目的、方法、主要观点及结论等）。
2、论文选题有需要与IEEE学术沙龙主题相关或者衍生相关。研究成果可以应用生产实践中，或者有一定的经济效益、社会效益及环保效益，并在科学理论、专业技术或研究方法上有创新。论文能体现出主题学科及相关领域扎实的理论基础，推理严密可信，数据真实可靠，表达清楚流畅，图表准确规范。
3、作者必须保证论文及相关材料准确无误、真实可靠，IEEE NCEPU分会进行将会对学术报告进行认真审核。对格式排版混乱，涉嫌剽窃、抄袭、作弊等违反学术道德的不良行为的论文，将不予承认。
提交日期及方式

5、正文：
（1）正文内容用宋体五号。正文中所有非汉字均用Times New Roman体。
（2）字间距设置为“标准”，段落设置为“1.2倍行距”
（3）章节采用三级标题，用阿拉伯数字连续编号，例如1，1.1，1.1.1。一级标题用宋体四号，加粗，左对齐，段前距12磅，段后距0磅。二级标题用黑体小四号，左对齐，段前距12磅，段后距0磅。三级标题用宋体五号，加粗，左对齐，段前距12磅，段后距0磅；（4）参考其他文献，包括引用原文或参考、综述、评论他人观点，要在文中加引注标记，采用顺序编码制，符号按出现的先后顺序为[1][2]，用上角标，与文后所列参考文献序号一致。

论文结论万能模板 在本学期的《论文写作》课程中，我学习到了关于论文写作的基本要素和方法。张聿老师在授课时非常细致、全面，将各种已经出现或可能产生的学术规范问题一一作了梳理，并介绍了一些历届的优秀毕业论文，为我们展示这些优秀*中值得我们学习的优点，以至于我在听课时，不断地发现与再发现着自己以往论文中的一些问题。 在课堂上，我一步步了解了论文之前需要做哪些准备工作，如何选题，如何确定题目，论文的框架的主要内容，写作技巧以及需要注意的问题等等。通过这个课程，我从对于硕士论文的未知状态逐渐变得心中有数。老师在几次课上反复提到了论文的主题这一方面，可想而知，这是论文的第一要旨，极其重要。首先是否有能力写，要根据主客观条件判断，课题过大，问题难以研究深入，可能导致虎头蛇尾，草草收摊;其次，论文要有价值，也就是需要有创新性、前沿性、理论性、趣味性等等;再次，所选的主题要有东西可写，方便展开，内容可充实;另外，是否可按期完成，送审是否顺利，是否有利于答辩，这些都是要综合考虑与权衡的。通过这些学习，对于我的开题报告有很大的帮助。 回想整个课程的学习，除了学到了有关论文写作的规则与技巧以外，我还有其他方面的收获。那是在第一堂课的引言部分，老师讲到平时要重视练习、提高艺术修养，不仅要勤写、多写，养成记笔记的好习
惯，还要扩展知识面，大量关注相关领域。这些的确非常的重要，一方面，自从上了大学，没有了语文考试中的作文，没有老师布置的周记作业，我的写作水准逐年降低，文字功能退化严重，平时有些心得感悟最多三言两语记下来，只能称作意识流，且极少会书写百字以上的篇幅，这就造成自己逻辑思维能力下降，*架构组织能力弱化。另一方面，缺乏一定的知识面和阅读量，例如老师在课堂上列举的诸多著作，有很大一部分都只是有所耳闻，却从未完整阅读过，甚至还有一些前所未闻。我深知作为一个硕士研究生，自己还差的太多，只觉惭愧之至。除文学艺术以外，老师还讲到了中国戏曲，当老师将昆曲620xx年的故事娓娓道来，我真是感动极了，更加懊恼自己的无知。我一向自诩对中国传统文化存在浓厚兴趣，自己的研究方向是民族性的色彩，然而却对中国文化中这么举足轻重的一笔多年来置若罔闻，实不应该。好在，这堂课真正激发了我对阅读的兴趣，很激动，决心要把这些空白慢慢补回来，尤其是中国传统艺术领域之精髓。老舍先生在《四世同堂》里，借英国领事富善先生说过一句话。他说，“老派的中国人英语不好，但是中文还靠得住。可是现在的中国人是英语不好，中文也靠不住。”这句话放到现如今仿佛更加贴切了。当我意识到这一点，那种紧迫感与压力也随之而来。一下课，我便直接冲进图书馆，借了《牡丹亭》，一面品读文字，一面找到白先勇先生的青春版《牡丹亭》视频，二者结合起来欣赏，不得不说，这极大地震撼了我。张聿老师在课堂上教授给我们的不仅是知识，更是比知识本身更重要的东西，让我有所反思，从而自觉地提高自身的艺术修养。

CSO 2010投稿论文写作要求(IEEE CS格式) 0. 特别提示：请大家使用IEEE CS最新版的两栏格式模板进行排版格式处理，同时考虑将论文压缩在IEEE CS的5页之内，如超过5页，超出页数将会加收额外费用。下面是一些中国作者排版时应该注意的问题，请准备论文投稿时注意。 1. 标题(Title):标题又称题目，是以最恰当、最简明的词语反映论文中最重要的特定内容的逻辑组合。论文题目是一篇论文给出的涉及论文范围与水平的第一个重要信息。论文题目十分重要，必须用心斟酌选定，有人说：好的论文题目是好文章的一半。对论文题目的要求是：准确得体、简短精炼、外延和内涵恰如其分、醒目。 在CSO2010的会议论文中，请使用14点(14-point)粗体罗马字(Time New Roman, boldface type)，标题应居中显示，每个实词(包括名词、代词、动词、形容词和副词)的首字母应该大写，虚词(包括冠词、连词、介词等)，注意如果虚词是标题的首个单词，也应该大写，如“A Support Vector Machines Method for Classification Problem”，标题之后留一个10点字体的空行。 另外，根据以前会议审稿结果，一些标题中还有“Study on”或者“Research on”类似的词，应该全部去掉，审稿人认为那些是典型的中国式英语翻译，为了顺利帮助检索，英文的写作应该更符合英文的习惯。 注意：标题字体应该严格按照修改要求来做，不要擅自更改标题字体。特别长的标题宜分成2行或者3行，如果距离过宽，请修改段前距离(在word的“格式--段落”菜单中可以修改段前段后距离)，这样就可以缩小行距。尽量用“Times New Roman”,不要对这个字体进行压缩。此外，首页标题不要用下标，表示基金感谢放在Conclusion之后和“References”之前，设置“Acknowledgment”一节，对一些基金支持和别人提供的帮助等表示感谢。 2. 作者姓名和单位: 这一项属于论文署名问题。署名一是为了表明文责自负，二是记录作用的劳动成果，三是便于读者与作者的联系及文献检索（作者索引）。 在CSO2010的论文中，作者姓名应该放在论文标题下方，居中用11点字体显示，不要加粗体。论文有多个作者时，可以用分2或3列的方式来显示。作者单位和email地址应该在作者下方，使用10点罗马字。在作者信息下面保留2个10点字体的空行。对于中国作者，要使用“名+姓”的格式写作者的名字，否则的话在检索数据库里面出错。例如，有个叫张三的中国作者，如果他的署名是 Zhang San，因为检索机构是国外的，国外都是名前姓后的方式，检索到数据库中就是San Z.，名经常被缩写为一个字母。所以务请各位作者注意。 注意：作者的排列问题主要是多个作者出现的问题，大家可以按照下面几个原则来做： (a) 如果2个或多个作者属于同一个单位，那就按照一栏格式，每个作者用逗号隔开： Sanfeng Zhang, Sihai Li, Wuyi Wang Department of Computer Sciences, Beijing University, Beijing, 100110, China E-mail: sfzhang@https://www.360docs.net/doc/6b6900457.html, (b) 如果2个或多个作者属于分属不同单位，那就按照下面的格式，利用表格来分栏，表格线变虚线即可实现。 Sanfeng Zhang Liuxing Zhao Qiutian Qian Department of Computer Science, Beijing University, Beijing, 100110, China E-mail: sfzhang@https://www.360docs.net/doc/6b6900457.html, School of Computing, Tsinghua University Beijing, 100084, China E-mail: xzhao@https://www.360docs.net/doc/6b6900457.html, Faculty of Business, Harvard University, Washington, 003-24, USA E-mail: qtqian@https://www.360docs.net/doc/6b6900457.html,
