内容摘要

随着世界经济的飞速发展，中国的保险行业也赶上了这一历史机遇，逐步走向成熟的发展阶段。甘肃平凉平安保险公司作为坐拥陕甘宁三省的交汇几何中心，拥有200多万常住人口资源优势的企业，也得到了一定程度上的发展机遇，但是，在保险业务员培训方面跟不上保险市场的发展脚步，使得公司的发展水平受到了一定的制约，因此，甘肃平凉平安保险公司当务之急就是要改进保险业务员培训过程中的问题，运用各种现代资源以及先进技术，加快公司自身的培训体系建设，从而更好地服务与市场。本研究以地方保险甘肃平凉平安保险为例，通过分析其员工培训现状，找出目前存在的问题，并针对问题提出相应的对策和建议，以及对其它保险公司的发展提供参考。

Abstract

With the rapid development of world economy, the insurance industry also China catch this historical opportunity, gradually moves towards the mature stage of development. Gansu Pingliang Ping An insurance company as the geometric center of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia provinces intersection with the resident population of about 2000000, have the advantage of resource of the enterprise, also obtained the development opportunity, to a certain extent but, the pace of development in the insurance salesman training can not keep up the insurance market, makes the development level of the company by a certain constraints, therefore, Gansu Pingliang Ping An insurance company, a pressing matter of the moment is to improve the insurance salesman training in the process of problem, using a variety of modern resources and advanced technology, accelerate the construction of the training system of its own, so as to provide better services and market.
