Round 1: THBT all university financial aids should be merit-based rather than need-based. Round 2: THBT developing nations should reject medical tourism.

Medical tourism is the travel of people to another country to seek medical treatment for considerations of cost and regulatory environment etc.

Round 3: THBT all international cultural exchange centers should not be state-sponsored. Round 4: THBT all sanctions on Myanmar should be immediately lifted.

Round 5: This House, as Mainland Chinese people, would not support the Sunflower Student Movement in Taiwan.

Round 6: THS the creation of genetically modified super-soldiers.

Round 7: THBT religious schools should not be allowed to reject teachers on the basis of their sexual orientation.

Octo-Final: THW not endorse a referendum-approved Egyptian Constitution that does not promote secularism.

Quarter-Final: THW ban strikes by those who work in essential state services. (Including but not limited to police and public transport workers.)

Semi-Final: THW require doctors to perform life-saving procedures even if it goes against the patient's will.

Grand-Final: THW privatize pension system.
