科技型中小企业债权性融资创新模式研究

【摘要】科技型中小企业是国民经济中的重要组成部分,对于提高国内自主研发水平以及促进经济结构调整具有十分重要的作用。但一直以来,资金短缺、融资难的问题一直严重制约和阻碍着科技型中小企业的发展。分析并提出解决科技型中小企业融资难的对策,是当前理论界和实业界都给予重视并亟待解决的问题。本文通过研究科技型中小企业的成长特点、融资特点及其融资过程中遇到的难题,旨在研究科技型中小企业债权性融资的创新模式以拓展其融资渠道,对现阶段我国科技型中小企业克服融资难困境、实现有效高效融资具有很好的指导与借鉴意义。

【Abstract】High-tech small and medium-sized enterprises (High-tech SMEs) are an important part of the national economy, which have a very important role for enhancing China’s industrial R&D capabilities and speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure in China. In recent years, the shortage of funds and the financing problems seriously restrict and hinder the development of High-tech SMEs, which have become a key factor hindering.Currently, both theory community and business community are paying more attention to proposing measures to solve the financing difficulties of High-tech SMEs. This thesis analyzes the growth characteristics, financing characteristics and reasons for the financing difficulty of High-tech SMEs, in order to research innovative debt financing model of High-tech SMEs, which has a good reference to High-tech SMEs about proposing proper financing models and measures to solve the financing problems, expanding the financing channels and improving the financing capacity.

随着科学技术的进步和经济发展形势的不断变化,我国科技型中小企业虽然在数量、质量上都得到了一定的提高和改善,但因受到企业自身的规模小、投入高、风险大等特点以及金融改革不到位与政府扶持力度不够等多种因素的局限,融资难题一直严重制约和阻碍着科技型中小企业的发展。

本文研究了科技型中小企业的成长特点、融资特点及融资现状,并分析了其融资过程中遇到的难题。最后从债权性融资角度探讨了几种科技型中小企业债权性融资的创新模式,旨在完善科技型中小企业的债权性融资渠道,为我国科技型中小企业走出融资困境提出有效的解决思路和对策。
