1. 打开DnaSP，出现动态DNA图像，点击画面任何一处即会静止，再点击又呈现动态；点file 标签，出现空白画面.

5. 中性检验

点击Analysis-Tajima's test

该检验的目的是鉴定目标DNA序列在进化过程中是否遵循中性进化模型。大多数由自发突变造成的分子差异不会影响

到个体适宜度，推论指出基因进化根本上是通过遗传漂变来实现的。

Tajima's D 统计将序列分离位点数和两两序列差异平均数的估计进行对比。在固定规模的试验群体中，如果这两个估计值相等，则只存在遗传漂变；反之，则是存在另一种选择方式影响了群体基因序列。

Tajima's D 统计值为正值时说明序列进化方式为平衡选择，且有一些单倍型分化；负值时为负向选择。

（Tajima Test（Tajima’s D）是由日本学者Fumio Tajima在1989年提出的。该检验的目的是鉴定目标DNA序列在进化过程中是否遵循中性进化模型。进行Tajima检验时，要求提供至少由三条同源序列组成的alignment。Tajima检验将计算并标准化目标序列alignment中每条序列的分离位点数目（number of segregating sites）以及每条序列的核苷酸多样性的值。如果这两个值在统计上被认为差异显著，则拒绝零假设（the null hypothesis），认为目标序列的进化不遵循中性模型，反之，则接受零假设，认为目标序列在进化上遵循中性模型。

实际计算时，Tajima定义了D，作为统计检验量，因此该检验又被称为Tajima’s D。

tecplot使用手册大部分是根据tecplot 9.0写的，不过应该10.0等等也差不多。一、简介 tecplot包含两部分,一部分是数据的组织方式,另一部分是软件的基本操作. tecplot9.0的三维数据显示功能大大增强了。数据的组织方式和显示有很大关系。数据的组织分成I,IJ,IJK组织.
