没有出过;

00年(3)文学评论—未来主义诗歌;

00(5)散文—雄心壮志;

01年(5)散文—我这个人的一段心路历程;

2.词的变化(passage变成了text),重视文章总体结构的把握,这要求从结构的角度来读文章;

97年(1)法律时文;97年(5)经济时文;96年(3)经济-劳资变化;

A.表示并列关系: and;also;coupled with等

B.表示转折关系: but;yet;however;by contrast等

C.表示因果关系: therefor;thereby;consequently;as a result等

D.表示递进关系: in addition to;even;what'more;furthermore等

E.表示重要性的词: prime;above all;first等

1.主旨题的标志:mainly about, mainly discuss, the best title

(1)局部信息,即选项的内容小于文章的内容;

如:fortunately, excessively, too many.

如:can, may, might,

possible, not necessarily, some.

(1)无中生有(未提及的概念);

(2)正反混淆(选项的意思跟原文的意思正好相反);

(1)过分绝对;

(2)扩大范围(注意隐蔽型的扩大范围mostly);

(3)因果倒置;

(4)常识判断;

(5)推得过远;

(6)偏离中心;

(1)解释词:namely(即,也就是);likewise(同样的);in other word(换句话说);that is to say

(2)并列词:and,also,coupled with

but, yet, although, however, in

contrast(与之形成对照的是),by contrast

(4)表示结果的词:thus, as a result, consequence,therefore,thereby,

(5)表示递进的词:further more, in addition to,even,what`s more,adding to

(6)表示重要的词:prime(首要的); above all(最重要的);first of all

2.注意抓两类文体:一个是议论文,抓作者中心观点和作者态度;

1.文尾的独句段所起的作用是??总结全文;

unconsciously incompetent (无意识地,无能力地)属于问题认知的第一阶段;

consciously incompetent (有意识地,无能力地)属于问题认知的第二阶段;

consciously competent (有意识地,有能力地)属于问题认知的第三阶段;

先把上课讲完的文章趁热打铁,把文章固化下来;

这类题目的设置经常使用“What can we infer from the text?”,“What can we know…?”或“What does the passage mainly talk about?”

公共英语三答案 【篇一:公共英语三级阅读题和答案】 t>students of united states history, seeking to identify the circumstances that encouraged the emergence of feminist movements, have thoroughly investigated the mid-nineteenth-century american economic and social condition that affected the status of women. these historians, however, have analyzed less fully the development of specifically feminist ideas and activities during the same period. furthermore, the ideological origins of feminism in the united state have been obscured because, even when historians did take into account those feminist ideas and activities occurring within the united states, they failed to recognize that feminism was then a truly international movement actually centered in europe. american feminist activists who have been described as “solitary” and “individual theorists” were in reality connected to a movement — utopian socialism — which was already popularizing feminist ideas in europe during the two decades that culminated in the first women’s rights conference held at seneca falls, new york, in 1848. thus, a complete understanding of the origins and development of nineteenth-century feminism in the united states requires that the geographical focus be widened to include europe and that the detailed study already made of social conditions be expanded to include the ideological development of feminism. saint-simon’s followers, many of whom were women, based their feminism on an interpretation of his project to reorganize the globe by replacing brute force with the rule of spiritual powers. the new world order would be ruled together by a male, to represent reflection, and a female, to represent sentiment. this complementarity reflects the fact that, while the saint-simonians did not reject the belief that there were innate differences between men and women, they nevertheless foresaw an equally important social and political role for both sexes in their utopia.only a few saint-simonians opposed a definition of sexual equality based on gender distinction. this minority believe that individuals of both sexes were born

考研英语二真题:阅读Text3(新东方版) Digital media Opinion The Guardian view on digital giants: they farm us for the data Editorial We are neither the customers nor even the product of companies like Google, but we turn our lives into the knowledge that they sell An astonishing project is under way to build a “digital time machine” that will show us in fine detail the lives of ordinary Venetians across a thousand years of history. It is made possible by the persistence of the republic’s bureaucracy, which, when Napoleon extinguished the Republic of Venice in 1797, left behind 80km of shelving full of records of births, deaths, trades, building, land ownership, private letters, ambassadors’reports and even medical information. All this is now to be digitised, cross-referenced, and analysed, and all its secrets laid bare to provide a picture in unprecedented richness and detail of the lives of individuals and the development of society over many centuries. Obviously, this is wonderful for historians and indeed anybody with an imagination alive today. One wonders, though, what the Venetians would have made of it, had they known their lives and letters would be so carefully anatomised after their deaths. Far more is known about us now, though, and in real time. The data in the Venetian archives was unmatched in medieval and even early modern Europe, but it is only legend and scraps of hearsay compared to the knowledge of us accumulated by the giants of the digital economy – Google, Facebook, and Amazon – who all in various ways use the data harvested from their users to make billions of dollars, from

同等学力英语阅读理解二(附译文和答案) Desperately short of living space and dangerously prone to flooding, the Netherlands plans to start building homes, businesses and even roads on water. With nearly a third of the country already covered by water and half of its land mass below sea level and constantly under threat from rising waters, the authorities believe that floating communities may well be the future. Six prototype wooden and aluminum floating houses are already attached to something off Amsterdam , and at least a further 100 are planned on the same estate, called Ijburg. “Everybody asks why didn't we do this kind of thing before,” said Gijsbert Van der Woerdt, director of the firm responsible for promoting the concept. “After Bangladesh we're the most densely populated country in the world. Building space is scarce and government studies show that we'll need to double the space available to us in the coming years to meet all our needs.” Before being placed on the water and moved into position by tugboats ( 拖船), the houses are built on land atop concrete flat-bottomed boats, which encase giant lumps of polystyrene ( 聚笨乙烯) reinforced with steel. The flat-bottomed boats are said to be unsinkable and are anchored by underwater cables. The floating roads apply the same technology.
