中药汤剂联合中医骨伤手法治疗40例腰椎间盘突出症效果观察

【摘要】目的：探寻腰椎间盘突出症患者临床有效的治疗方法。方法：随机抽取80例病例，采取双盲筛选法将其均分为对照组与观察组，分别接受中医骨伤手法及中药汤剂联合中医骨伤手法两种治疗方法。结果：观察组JOA 评分、临床总有效率明显高于对照组，且VAS评分更低（P<0.05）。结论：临床上，我们应学习采用中药汤剂联合中医骨伤手法治疗方案。

Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effective treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods：80 cases were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group by double blind screening method. They were treated by traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine decoction plus traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation. Results：The JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the VAS score was lower （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： Clinically， we should learn to adopt traditional Chinese medicine decoction and traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation treatment program.

腰椎间盘突出症属于腰部常患疾病，由于腰椎间盘退行性病变导致纤维环逐渐破裂，久而久之髓核组织从破裂部位突出，对神经根或脊髓造成压迫，患者出现下肢麻木、腰痛、腰部功能障碍等一系列症状，严重影响了患者的日常生活与工作。近年来，该疾病患病率逐年增长趋势明显。目前，西药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果一般，探寻更有效、科学的治疗方法成为了临床研究的重点[1]。对于该疾病的治疗方法，中医主张采取中药汤剂、针灸、牵引、骨伤手法

治疗等方法，临床效果明显，并发症较少，且医疗费用较低，患者容易接受。鉴于此，本研究尝试采用中药汤剂和中医骨伤手法联合治疗的方法，并选取特定对象予以验证该治疗方案的有效性，现总结如下：
