To set the time设定时间

1. Pull the crown out to the second click.

将表冠拉出至第二阶段。

·At this time, the second hand will move to the 12 o'clock

position and stop there.同时，秒针将移动到12点位置并停

止。

2.Set the hands by rotating the crown. 旋转表冠调整指

针。

Rotate the crown to move the hands clockwise. Move the

minute hand four or five minutes past the time you want to

set, and then back it up to the proper setting.旋转表冠

·Carefully set the time, making sure to distinguish between

3.Push the crown back in to the normal position to restart

To set the day设定日期

1.Pull the crown out to the fist click.将表冠拉出至第一阶段。

·Avoid changing the date setting while the current time is between 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.避免在下午9:00到早上1:00间调整日期。

Using the stopwatch使用秒表

The stopwatch lets you measure elapsed time up to 11hours, 59 minutes, 59.95 seconds.秒表可以测量最长11小时59分59.95秒的经过时间。

To measure elapsed time测量经过时间

1. Press A to start the stopwatch. 按A钮启动秒表。

2. Press A to stop the stopwatch.按A钮停止秒表。

·You can resume the measurement operation by pressing A again.您可以通过按A钮恢复再次测量操作。

The stopwatch 1/20 second hand rotates and indicates the 1/20 second count during the first 30 seconds.

To adjust the positions of the stopwatch hands调整秒表指针位置

1.Press B to reset the stopwatch, and check the alignment of the stopwatch second hand and 1/20 second
