《读懂小学生》读后感 -CAL-FENGHAI-(2020YEAR-YICAI)_JINGBIAN

《读懂小学生》有感屯村实验小学朱淳强在杨老师的《读懂小学生》一书中，从多角度进行阐述，不仅介绍了小学生成长发育的客观规律，而且提出了简单易行的教养策略，让我从中领略了好多思想，也获得了一些启发。一个学期的教学工作中，师生关系的困惑一直围绕着我。既想和学生亲密无间，又想树立老师的威信。杨老师在书中告诉我们，“随着年级的增长，师生关系从亲密转向平等、民主。”正是如此，刚入学的新生，他们总是围绕在老师身边，喜欢与老师亲近，毫不吝啬地赞美老师，关注老师的一言一行，甚至把老师的话当作“圣旨”。升入中年级，学生开始能够客观评价老师的行为，对老师的看法更具有批判性。高年级的学生自我意识逐渐增强，他们渴望与老师平等相处，不再“惟命是从”。随着师生关系的转变，老师似乎越来越难于走进学生的内心。那么，如何才能让学生敞开心扉地与老师交流，真正信服老师，爱心是教师走进学生内心的法宝。作为教师的我们要对自己的工作有爱，才能产生工作的动力，才能在工作中倾注满腔热情，发挥积极性和创造性。对学生热爱之心则体现在以真诚、平等、信任的态度对待学生，全心全意的为学生服务，真心实意地热爱、尊重、关心每一个学生。设身处地地为学生着想，既是学生的“大家长”又是学生的知心朋友。用爱感化学生、教育学生，赢的学生的信任和尊重。当我们和学生相处中不经意的一件小事，例如，给学生带红领巾，为他们整理衣领，叮嘱

他们多喝水，用真诚理性的谈话代替歇斯底里，或许，那时的我们与孩子的心最接近。今年是六年级的副班主任，虽然在校生活上已经不再需要不断叮嘱哪些危险哪些不能玩，但是面对全班学生最让我们费尽心思的还是那些学习困难的孩子。当我们不厌其烦地给学生进行差生补课时，却换来他们不尽人意的成绩时，确实会有些沮丧。多番打击之后我们甚至会对他们失望，不再抱有期望。然而杨老师告诉我，关注、信任、尊重每一位学生，要对他们建立积极的期望。书中提到：“老师对孩子抱有积极的期望，有助于孩子的发展”。当教师对学生积极良好的期望时，会对学生给予更多的鼓励和表扬，学生会把这些转化为前进的动力，继续前进。“说你行，你就行”，然而这种期望的目标也要因人而异。面对一个唾手可得的苹果和一个跳了无数次都够不到的苹果，同样无法促进学生进步。因此，只有那种对学生具有一定挑战性、超出其原有水平但通过努力可以实现的期望，才能转化为学生的需要和行动的动力。对每个学生来说，教师的期望水平应适合学生的发展水平，因人而异。世上没有两片相同的树叶，每一位学生都是一个独立的个体，他们在智力水平，行为习惯等方面存在较大的差异。因此，教师要结合学生的实际情况，有针对性地建立对每个学生的积极期望。发现学生的闪光点，根据学生的优势给予期望。读懂小学生，走进学生的内心，了解学生的想法，解读他们的感受。在以后的工作中，我要试着从学生的角度考虑问题，用“学
