中国酒店专业大学生流失的原因及对策

摘要：据调查，高校在招生时总是会出现某些专业招生难的现象。高校中选择旅游，酒店管理专业的学生越来越少。酒店的员工和管理人员也是频繁跳槽，尤其是优秀的工作人员的流失已经成为酒店管理人员所关注的重点。社会不断发展，大学生会成为酒店未来的管理者与发展依托者已成为必然的趋势。因此，能否及时找出高校酒店专业招生困难的原因并及时将其解决，对于酒店行业的发展有着极其重要的作用。本文通过一些在高校中学习酒店管理类的学生进行了调查，后做出了具体的分析，并对这些问题做出了具体的解决办法。
