2. Description

The CT365 is a mutual type sensor IC provides up to 71 capacitive sensing channels. CT365 builds in an MCU which integrated with 32K bytes flash and 256 bytes internal RAM.

According to ADC raw counts, CT365 can determine finger on/off status and also transfer on/off status into XY position or any touch event.

CT365 builds in power management block and provides idle, serial interface and deep sleep mode to reduce IC power consumption. CT365 supports I2C and SPI serial interfaces.

The CT365 provides an internal RC ring counter for main clock source. Firmware programmer can onfigure OSC_DIV to select different clock resource for CT365 MCU and peripherals.
