摘要

卷烟工业在我国国民经济中占有很重要的位置，而卷烟物流决定着卷烟工业的质量和发展。随着物流设施与设备的革新，特别是信息技术在物流中的广泛应用，促进了现代物流技术的飞速发展。而现代物流是卷烟企业阶值链中最活跃、最具潜力的增长因素。它通过在恰当的时间和地点，以恰当的方式和价格，将高质量的卷烟原料和产品送至恰当的地点，为生产带来场所价值、时间价值和加工附加价值。物流系统的优化是卷烟行业价值增值速度最快、增值效果最明显的经济增长点。随着行业市场化取向改革的深化、市场需求响应速度要求的提高，物流系统在卷烟企业服务价值链中的地位日益明显。良好的物流系统可以减少无效作业，提高作业效率，有效降低企业经营成本，优化核心业务流程，提升企业市场竞争力。

本文通过阐述现代卷烟物流的发展、国内外卷烟物流的运作现状以及着重分析讲述山东中烟工业卷烟物流的建立发展来揭示如何优化我国卷烟物流。

ABSTRACT

The tobacco industry plays a very important position in our national cigarette logistics determines the quality and development of the tobacco industry. With the innovation of logistics facilities and equipment, especially information technology, widely used in logistics, and promote the rapid development of modern logistics technology. Modern logistics is the order in the value chain of cigarette companies most active and the most potential for growth factors, at the right time and place, in an appropriate way and the price will be high-quality cigarette raw materials and products sent to the proper location, place value, time value, and processing for the production of value-added. Optimization of logistics system will be the added value of the tobacco industry's fastest, the most obvious points of economic growth in the value-added effect. With the deepening of the industry market-oriented reform, market demand response speed requirements increase, the status of head of the logistics system in the cigarette commercial enterprises in the service value chain benefits. A good logistics system can reduce the invalid operations, improve operational efficiency, can effectively reduce the cost of doing business, and optimize core business processes to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.

This paper described the development of the modern cigarette logistics, the logistics of the operation of the status quo of domestic and foreign cigarettes, and analyzed to reveal about the establishment and development of the Tobacco Shandong Industrial cigarette logistics and how to optimize our tobacco logistics.
