全国总决赛项目说明

一、组别说明

2013年第四届中国青少年英语能力大赛全国总决赛青少组共分五个组别，分别是小学A组（小学一、二年级）、小学B组（小学三、四年级）、小学C组（小学五、六年级）、初中组和高中组。

二、个人项目说明

(一) 小学A组项目

根据年龄，小学A组项目有别于其他四个组别。

小学A组个人项目全部为现场口试，总分100分：快速拼读25分、英语模仿20分、英语故事+口语交流30分、看图说话25分。

1. 快速拼词比赛

比赛形式：见词认读+听音拼词。正确即得分。见词认读15分，听音拼词10分。

试题范围：课标二级内符合常见读音规则的词汇100%，以单音节词为主，少量的双音节词。

2. 英语模仿比赛

此项目为2013年小学组新增比赛项目。设置此项目，旨在鼓励初级英语学习者英语学习过程中模仿正确语音。选手的语音模仿与原声的符合度是最重要的评判标准。

比赛形式：提前准备，比赛现场评委用点读笔点读，选手模仿。

题目范围：《外研社英语分级阅读——丽声经典故事屋（第三级）》的四个故事。评委会任意选点其中内容，选手现场进行模仿。

3. 英语故事比赛

比赛形式：提前准备英语故事，现场讲述+与评委口语交流。故事讲述20分，口语交流10分。

题目范围：《外研社英语分级阅读——丽声经典故事屋（第三级）》的四个故事。

选手可在其中任选一个故事进行准备，可以根据故事图片复述或朗读故事，也可以在忠实于原

故事的基础上稍做改编，加一些衔接过渡性语言进行故事讲述。时间把握在二分钟以内。评委会根据

故事的内容、故事书的图画进行2-3个问题的提问，选手回答评委问题并做简单交流。

4. 看图说话

比赛形式：根据所抽到的图片看图说话，可忠实描述原图，也可根据所给图片进行想象，编故事。

题目范围：课标一级范围话题情境。

好的看图说话应该是：能尽可能使用不同的句型进行描述，除了对图的描述之外，应有简单的情感表达，如喜好、简单评判等。如能不限于图片，就图片内容发挥想像，创意性地说故事等会得到较好分数。

评分参考等详见附件1。

(二) 小学B组、C组、初中组、高中组项目

小学B组、C组、初中组、高中组个人项目共五项，选手只需参加其中四项即可。

快速拼词20分，快速阅读40分，英语模仿/ 阅读表达20分，口语或书面表达20分。

快速拼词、快速阅读、书面表达/ 口语表达为小学B组、C组、初中组、高中组共有项目，英语模仿为小学B、C、组必选项目，阅读表达为初、高中组必选项目。

1. 快速拼词比赛

比赛形式：此项目全国总决赛分三轮进行。第一轮比赛形式听音写词（笔试），小学B、C组40词，初、高中组50词，全体选手参加，第一轮排名在30%-60%的选手获得拼词比赛三等奖；第一轮排名前30%的选手进入第二轮，第二轮比赛形式为见词认读（10词）+听音拼词（10词）的面试，第二轮比赛排名前30%的选手获得拼词比赛一等奖，并进入第三轮比赛；第三轮为听音拼词（按轮次进行淘汰赛），第三轮比赛将决出拼词比赛的全国总决赛冠、亚、季军和所有一等奖名次。

快速拼词计分方式：第一轮笔试总分20分，第二轮面试总分20分，进入了第二轮比赛的选手，拼词成绩是计该选手前两轮拼词成绩的最高分。第三轮比赛按照轮次进行淘汰，每轮30-35人，

前10名被淘汰选手每人可获得1分附加分，第11-20位被淘汰选手每人可获得1.5分附加分，第21位后被淘汰的选手每人可获得2分附加分，亚军、季军每人可获得2.5分附加分，冠军可获得3分附

加分。

题目范围：小学B组，课标二级内词汇90% + 三级以上符合常见读音规则的词汇10%。

小学C组，课标二级内词汇80% + 三级以上符合常见读音规则的词汇20%。

初中组，课标五级内词汇85%+五级以上符合较常见读音规则的词汇15%。

高中组，课标七级内词汇80%+七级以上符合较常见读音规则的词汇20%。

2. 快速阅读

比赛形式：笔试，规定时间内阅读并答题。旨在考察英语学习者发现信息、提取信息和处理信息的能力。

题目范围：各组别对应课标级别范围内的话题。

3. 英语模仿比赛

此项目为2013年小学B、C组新增比赛项目。设置此项目，旨在鼓励初级英语学习者英语学习过程中模仿正确语音和语调。选手的语音模仿与原声的符合度是最重要的评判标准。

比赛形式：提前准备，比赛现场评委用点读笔任意点读，选手模仿。

题目范围：小学B组，《外研社英语分级读物——丽声经典故事屋（第四级）》；

小学C组，《外研社英语分级读物——丽声经典故事屋（第五级）》；

注：《丽声经典故事屋》系列丛书在当当网、卓越网等均有销售。

4. 阅读表达比赛

此项目为2013年初、高中组新增比赛项目，旨在延伸英语学习者的英文阅读，引导阅读后思考。对阅读内容的复述概括能力、对故事的接续能力（要求想象力）、对阅读内容的思考能力（要求思考的深度）等是评分的参考标准。

比赛形式：大赛指导手册上提供阅读材料，现场报到即可见，选手可阅读材料后根据要求自行准备阅读材料复述、续说故事或发表见解等。随队教师适当指导，千万不要出现众人同一思想，体现学生思维才是好的表达。

题目范围：课标五级和七级范围内话题。

5. 书面表达/ 口语表达比赛

选手要在决赛报名时选择其中之一，现场不予更改。

比赛形式：书面表达和口语表达比赛，采用相同试题、不同的表现形式进行，书面表达比赛为笔试——看图写文或用词写文；口语表达比赛为口试——看图进行口语表达或用词进行口语表达。

好的表达：表图达意（看图表达）或恰当用词（用词表达）；内容完整、中心思想明确，逻辑合理；想象力丰富、有创意；词汇、句型、语言结构使用丰富。书面表达要求语法、词汇及标点运用尽可能规范，书写工整；口语表达要求语言流畅。

评分参考等详见附件2。

三、团队项目说明

2013年所有组别团队项目全部共有三项：电影配音、英语短剧、英语小合唱。电影配音为必选项，英语短剧和英语小合唱为二选一项目。每个项目均设有单项奖。

1．电影配音

电影配音为团队必选项目。

小学A组电影配音只设必选片段配音一个环节。小学B组、C组、初中组、高中组电影配音项目由必选片段配音和自选片段配音两个环节组成。必选片段配音60%计入总分，自选片段配音40%计入总分。

必选片段由全国组委会提供，每个组别提供二个必选片段供选，所选择片段需在决赛报名表上注明。必选片段存放在指定邮箱dypianduan2013@https://www.360docs.net/doc/9f15600668.html,，账号：dypianduan2013 密码：130717 ，请自行登录下载。（登录：https://www.360docs.net/doc/9f15600668.html,，输入账号及密码进入免费邮箱下载即可。）自选片段由各参赛队自行选择适合青少年年龄特点的电影，自行节选片段，要求所选电影声音清晰、内容健康，禁止选择暴力等不良内容的电影。必选片段与自选片段须是不同的电影片段，不允许从必选片段里选择片段来作为自选片段，如发现自选片段取自于必选片段的，会扣除相应得分。

自选片段需于6月30日前将参赛的电影片段（3-5分钟）分别以消音和未消音两种视频文件的光盘形式寄送到大赛组委会或发电子邮件到指定邮箱eduenglish@https://www.360docs.net/doc/9f15600668.html,（以组委会确认收到为准），视频片段可配字幕（中英文均可）。要求每部分配音不少于5人参与。评委将根据原音确定参赛作品难度系数，如短片未作任何技术处理，只寄送英语原音短片，比赛时赛务人员将短片做默音处理，影响配音效果的由参赛队自行承担。

2．英语短剧和小合唱

英语短剧和英语小合唱比赛为二选一项目，参赛团队可任选其中之一。短剧剧目和小合唱曲目，各参赛队可自由选择，要求内容健康，积极向上，符合学生欣赏品味。英语短剧要求每队至少5人以上参与表演，英语小合唱要求每队10名选手全部参加，多于10人的只选10人。参赛队须在6月30日前将参赛短剧、小合唱作品及英语小合唱的配乐文件制作成光盘寄送到大赛组委会或发送电子邮件到指定邮箱https://www.360docs.net/doc/9f15600668.html,。短剧长度以5-6分钟为宜，超过六分钟，现场将被强行中止表演。

建议选择经典剧目，可做适当改编，但情节需符合大众欣赏品味。选择表演课本剧或原创短剧的，需注意情节的生动性、可表演性和现场演出效果。

四、个人附加项目说明

为了丰富参赛选手的英语体验，也为了更加全面地体现选手的英语能力，大赛组委会还将在2013年中国青少年英语能力大赛全国总决赛期间设立丰富的附加比赛项目。附加项目均为提前送选、现场展评的方式。附加项目每项各10分，计入参赛选手个人全能总成绩，也会作为团队参评“英语校园文化特色奖”的一个必要条件。请各赛区提早通知参赛学校和选手提前准备，以免造成遗憾。

1．照片与表达比赛

以“Me and My world——世界任我想”为主题，进行中英双语照片描述比赛，描述语言要求尽量言简意赅，尽量意境化而不要平铺直叙。评价标准是照片描述是否突出主题，中英文对译是否传神。要求照片尽可能原创；是选手自己的思想表达（语言和表现的思想成人化会影响成绩）。可参看官网的优秀作品。

例一：小学A组，一张照片上有一个小孩坐在一座很大的狮子雕像旁，描述是这样的：Big and small.——大和小。

例二：小学B组，一个小女生，站在爱因斯坦蜡像旁，描述是这样的：I’ll be you in the future.长大后我就成了你。

选手需提前准备照片并进行描述，并在作品上注明选手信息，由地方赛区组委会或参赛学校统一邮寄至全国组委会办公室。作品要求：一张照片，贴在一张A4纸上，描述写在照片下方，选手信息（赛区、组别、学校、姓名）写在A4纸的最上边（格式参看官网样例）。

此项目，所有组别可参加。

2. 英文写作比赛

以“Me and My world——世界任我想”为主题，自拟题目，自定文体完成写作。要求内容、创意等符合年龄特征，思想健康。

此项目，C组以上参加。

3. 中学英文PPT比赛

自选主题设计制作。要求主题突出，内容丰富、创意新颖、思想健康，有艺术欣赏价值；图文结合，文字全部用英文。可以配乐（如配歌曲，需是英文）、配动画等。

经项目，初中组和高中组参加。

4. 小学英文手抄报比赛

根据自选专题或节日主题设计制作。要求主题突出，内容丰富，创意新颖，思想健康，有欣赏价值；文字全部用英文。色调最好醒目些。

此项目，小学A、B、C组参加。

以上所有附加项目，均设有一定比例的一、二、三等奖，并有证书颁发。

2018年全国中学生英语能力竞赛通知

2018年全国中学生英语能力竞赛通知导读 2018年第26届全国中学生英语能力竞赛（NEPCS）正在报名，NEPCS是高校自主招生普遍认可的赛事之一，初赛由各中学统一组织及报名，意向报名的考生可直接向所在中学咨询报名相关事宜。参赛对象及人数普通中学初、高中各年级学生。报名时间提倡“重在参与”的奥林匹克精神，坚持“自愿参加”的原则，以学校为单位组织报名工作。各省报名截止时间不一，最晚到11月初，具体请直接咨询本校老师。竞赛时间安排竞赛分初赛、决赛和全国总决赛三个阶段。

First of all, sitting in front of the computer may do harm to our eyes. On the other hand, computers not only bring us useful information but also entertainments. Being weak in controlling themselves, those poor adolescents are more easier to get crazy about the fantasy world. Seeing a vivid picture which is about a son who gets stuck in computers and phones to his parents downstairs to bring dinner for him. I realized deeply that the computers really have their disadvantages. 2016年全国大学生英语能力竞赛攻略学长分享英语竞赛技巧：知己知彼百战不殆”，要想在全国大学生英语竞赛中取得好成绩，平时的积累是基础，而考前对考试的研究和分析以及练习则是升华。近几年来英语竞赛也在不断调整中。对我们来说，最重要的参考资料就是当年的竞赛样题，和官网的考试说明文件，从中我们可以了解到考试的题型、分值、时间分配、难度和新变化。只有这样我们才能对症下药，合理分配考试时间，获得最好的成绩。其实考试，一言以蔽之，就是尽量的规定时间内拿到最高的分数，分数越高，就意味着你越成功。由于每年试题结构、题型等都会有所变化，下面就以2010年的英语竞赛初赛试题为例，分析一下时间安排。今年初赛试题共分为七部分，时间120分钟，满分150分。七部分分别为听力、词汇与语法结构、完形填空、阅读理解、翻译、智力测试和写作。下面就分别进行分析。第一部分是听力，由四部分组成，第一部分是五篇短对话，然后是两篇长对话，第三部分是五篇短新闻，第四部分是听写式填空。总分是30分，总的来说，听力的难度不算很大，应该是介于四、六级之间，大部分都可以直接从对话中找到原句和答案。但是还是有一定难度的。首先，前20道选择题都只读一遍，这和一般的考试不同，所以对选手就提出了更高的要求，必须从一开始就高度集中注意力，才能不遗漏重要信息。此外，听写式填空也是对基本知识的一个考查，经常有同学听到了却不会写，这需要我们打好自己的基础。这一部分要力争拿到20分以上。第二部分是词汇与语法结构，这也是对“双基”知识的一个考查，可以说基本上是考查基本功的，当然我们也要注意，这其中对话类的应用题目也呈逐年上升的趋势。总分15分，官方建议完成时间是十分钟。这一部分要力争拿到10分以上。第三部分是完形填空，也是我认为全卷除了智力测试以外最难的题目，题型包括根据上下文填空、根据给出的首字母填空、根据给出的单词的适当形式填空。分值是十分，官方建议完成时间是10分钟。这题不仅考查你的基本词汇语法知识，也考查你对文章的理解和把握。可以说是阅读+词汇的结合。要拿高分很难，但是其实还是有一些分好拿的，这一部分我们要力争拿到4分以上。第四部分是阅读理解，总分40分，官方建议完成时间是25分钟。这是全卷分值最大的一道大题，也是时间最紧的。我估计绝大多数同学在25分钟内都没办法全部完成（我也很勉强）。这一部分我觉得最重要的还是把握文章的开头和结尾，了解主旨，然后根据题目去快速定位，因为这里的题目大部分都是在原文可以找到答案的。这一部分阅读量大、题型多样（包括选择题、问答题、是/否/未提及题，摘抄题、填空题等）、也是对同学英语应用能力的有力考查，还是要熟能生巧，在平时多加练习，力争达到又对又快的境界，这一部分要力争拿到25分以上。第五部分是翻译，包括英译汉和汉译英两部分。共20分，官方建议完成时间是15分钟。这一部分可以说是全卷最简单的题型，考查的内容都没超过四级甚至是平常练习的难度，对英译汉，还是要花点时间看看文章开头和结尾，“磨刀不误砍柴工”，很多翻译都要根据上下文进行，才能更加的到位。有时在翻译中遇到生词，也可以根据上下文进行推断。比如今年的汉译英试题中多次提到“dropout”这个单词，我考试时也忘了这是什么意思，最后还是通过文章最后
