教后反思：
1.本节课较为理想地完成了教学计划，但时间把握不够好，最后阅读部分的处
理因时间关系比较匆忙，没给学生足够的思考时间。
2.在备好课的同时也要备学生，根据学生的实际情况适当调整教学设计。本节
课教师与学生之间的互动不理想，课堂气氛不够活跃。今后还要在调节课堂气氛上再下功夫好好研究。
3.评价语言使用比较丰富，但要再进一步用心地倾听学生，对他们的回答做出
积极评价。
4.纠错要体现学生自查、同伴互助等学生为主体的方式，不要学生一出错教师
就迫不及待地纠正说出正确答案。
5.通过这次讲课，发现自己自身的英语水平还非常需要提高，对课堂用语的使
用还要再灵活、丰富一些，并且要做个有心人，多学习、多提高、多虚心请教，使自己的英语教学水平进一步提高。

2018年秋季三年级英语上册教学计划 单位：长兴小学 班级：三年级 姓名：林俊美 时间：2018年9月3号一、学情分析 本学期我担任三年级的英语教学工作，这些学生都是第一次学习英语，以前基本没有接触过英语，要求他们从基础开始学习，所以对学习英语有一定的难度，因此就要培养学生良好的学习习惯，使他们养成学习英语的兴趣，树立学习的自信心，始终保持高昂、积极的热情。从上学期的期末成绩看，这个班的语文、数学学科成绩较差，因此，要从根本上解除他们学习差的顾虑，向他们讲明英语是三年级的起始学科，要想学好英语并不难，只要从现在开始，上课认真听讲，按时完成作业，大胆说，积极做，努力唱，就能学好英语。在平时的教学中，更要特别注意发现他们的闪光点，抓住这些闪光点，及时对他们进行表扬和鼓励，从而激起他们对学习的自信心，然后逐步提高他们的成绩。这是一个漫长的进化过程，不能急于求成。对班里一部分优秀学生要教育他们不要骄傲，不要以为自己的语文、数学成绩不错，就不用努力了。这样认为就错了，要教育他们英语同其他学科没什么联系，要从头开始，同其他同学展开比赛，比一比，看谁学得，记得快。总之，要通过种种手段和方法，对他们有计划、有目的地
