引导小学生在实际生活中寻找写作素材的 探索与实践 作文本应顺其自然，引导学生认真观察，悉心体味，“我手写我口，我手写我心”。但在传统的作文教学中，本来最富有个性的作文变成虚假的、机械的，应训练习。学生作文千人一面，缺乏童真童趣、真话真情。如何开掘学生的写作源泉，使学生做到作文“言之有物”，谈真话，抒真情。俗话说得好，“兵马未动，粮草先行”“巧妇难为无米之炊”。作文的“粮草”和“米”又是什么呢？写作素材是也。由此可见发现、感知和捕捉写作素材乃是作文不可少的前提。那如何指导小学生积累写作素材呢？笔者认为主要有以下几条途径。 一、教会学生运用观察手段积累写作素材。 观察是人们认识事物的主要途径，是从事任何工作都不可缺少的一种基本能力，尤其对指导学生积累写作素材，起到举重轻重的作用。在引导学生进行观察时，首先教师应教给学生观察方法、顺序，使他们学会有条理地观察事物。其次，教师要让学生明确观察的重点、目的。重点的要让学生仔细观察，次要的、跟观察的事情无关紧要的都不必多说。另外，还要经常引导学生留心观察身边的人和事、景和物，及时捕捉新鲜的有意义的目标。第三，实践告诉我们，小学生只有仔细观察，才能看细，看得全面，才能积累素材。 二、现身说法唤起学生的写作热情，激发学生的写作欲望。 叶圣陶先生指出：“作文的自然顺序是我认识事物中有感，感情的波
澜冲击着我，我有说话的愿望，便想倾吐，于是文章就诞生了。”这说明创作的冲动来源于对生活的热情。引导学生写真话，表达真情实感，要教育学生明白，作文不是文字游戏，而是把自己的真实生活感受、思想情感传达给别人。因此首先要有表达的欲望、表达的需要，然后才有作文，指导要从学生的需要出发，拨动了学生的心弦，也就有真实的内容可写。在学校，学生的很多间接经验来自老师，教师不如自己带头向学生娓娓动听地讲述身边发生的事并发表自己的感想。 三、关注学生情感体验，活化生活积累。 学生学作文必须有一种内驱力，满腔热情地去写有真情实感的东西。小学生年龄小，天性好玩，观察能力差，对周围的事物大多是熟视无睹，但对于感兴趣的事物大都印象深刻。学生在其感兴趣的方面有了较深的情感体验，在一定情境中遇到这方面的话题则灵感大发，因而“有话可说，有东西可写”。反省我们的传统习作教学一开始，教师便通过各种手段让学生明确哪些材料可用，是最合适的，如何开头，如何结尾，又如何写得具体。这样反而受到束缚。学生的情感如被冰块冻结着，情感的大海泛不起波澜，学生为应付写作任务，懒惰的人草草了之，认真的人生搬硬套，写出来的文章千篇一律，要么枯燥乏味，干巴巴的，要么寻章摘句太多，矫揉造作，真情的心声太少了，纯洁而绚丽的儿童生活更是看不到。而要完成一篇有血有肉的佳作，必须要有情感的积极参与，展示出小学生心目中丰富多彩、绚丽多姿的儿童生活世界。因此，我们要变以往作文教学那种单纯侧重对学生的写法指导、理论说教,为侧重与学生的情感交流、对话谈心，激发
