To some extent, western fast food management has shaken up the Chinese traditional catering industry.It is now widely recongnized that compared with the giant McDonalds and KFC, Chinese fast food is still in an early stage.

They would research the tasty food which has 50% people approve of it because of matching with the Chinese habit. Only 15% people disagree with it due to being lost the tradition.

The American fast food in China has developed about 20 years. As western fast food
