To what extent do you agree or disagree?

这道题目中,考生除了要把题目读三遍来理解题目的深层次含义,还有一个陷阱的地方要注意,那就是括号里跟的三个例子:为慈善机构工作,提升小区和教小孩运动。考生一定要将这三个点统统在文章里面讲到,一个都不能漏掉,不然就会给考官留下没有回答完题目里所有内容的把柄,这样根据任务回应度的要求:没有回答完所有的题目要求,只有5分。

在第一段的内容里该考生用了一个it has been suggested that...的主语从句开头,里面套了一个对题目的改写。考生们要注意:其实用it has been suggested, it is said that, it is advised that等主语从句开头是考官很喜欢的一种开头方式,笔者已经不止一次在考官9分范文里面看到这种用法(如剑桥雅思10 Test 3的范文),因为这样写不仅在句型上可以把简单的主谓宾变为主语从句,也可以客观地引出题目的背景内容(据说......)。大家还要注意在范文的第一段最后一句:in my opinion, sending students to work in community service is a good idea as it can provide them with many lots of valuable skills. 这里笔者要提醒各位考生的是:往往学生在写文章观点的时候就说我同意或者不同意,但是这位考生却在观点后面加了一句as的状语从句先论证了一下,说“这个

可以给学生带来很多有价值的技能”。注意这个点考生们要学习一下,以后写文章时不要简单的写完观点就直接句号,可以适当地论证一句,这才是高手的写法。

在第二段里该考生写了很经典的一句话:life skills are very important and by doing voluntary work , students can not only learn how to communicate with others and work in a team but also how to manage their time and prove their organizational skills. 其实很多考生在写简单句的时候往往只会写:“主语+谓语+宾语”这种简单的句型,其实殊不知高手或者考官很喜欢写:....and.....and.....这种句型,这样两个and左右两边可以串四个谓语和宾语,然后如果里面再加入not only...but also这种句型的话,考官绝对会认为你简单句也写得很灵活而且句型使用很广泛,这样就符合四大评分标准里面的语法使用9分的要求了。另外,在这一段的最后一个句子里:考生写了students go home and sit in front of the TV, browse Internet or play video games. 这个句型该考生连续用了三个并列谓语的结构:sit....browse or play, 这个句型希望广大要冲8-9分的考生一定要使用,已多次出现在考官范文中,这又是一个考官喜欢的9分句型。

第三段里该考生便开始讨论第一个例子:为慈善机构或者社区机构工作的好处。注意这是一定要写的,因为这是题目里面的三个例子。还有注意该段里面这个考生又写了这样一个句子:skills gained through compulsory work will not only be an asset on their CV but also increase their employ ability. 在这个句子里面考生又再次用出了not only...but also...的句型,可见这个句型在考官心目当中的地位和份量。所以考生千万不要认为句子越难越好,其实考官9分的要求是你要写得灵活和地道,而不是很难的从句套从句。上述句型就是考官喜欢的一种,学生可以借鉴使用。然后该考生在写下面一个观点的时候又套了一个as的因果论证:“孩子这样可以对工作和金钱更加尊敬是因为他们会意识到钱不是容易赚来的,也希望借此让孩子们懂得钱要花在更加实际的事情上,而不是乱花”。所以在写完观点的时候考生务必要套上一句延伸的完全展开的论证,这样把观点和完全展开的论证写在一句话里面,这是任务回应度方面8分以上的要求。

在下面一段中,该考生第一句话写了:Healthy life balance and exercise are strongly promoted by the NHS, and therefore any kind of spare time charity work will

prevent from sitting and doing nothing. 这样这个考生巧妙地用健康生活和锻炼来同义词替换三个例子中的教小孩玩运动,这样该考生在上一段和这一段分别讨论了为慈善机构服务,为社区服务,教小孩运动,充分完成了对题目三个点的讨论,符合了任务完成度8分:充分完成题目里所有东西讨论的要求。所以回答完题目里所有的要求是非常重要的,这一点考生一定要牢记。但是这一段该考生后面又写了这样会降低这个年龄段的犯罪率。这里笔者很认同考官的分析:“这个点要具体论证一下”。所以这里再次跟考生们提个醒:大作文关键不是论点多,而是每个论点后面跟的具体的、展开的论证和论据,这才是大作文得高分的关键。

最后结尾的时候该考生再次重申了观点和对将来的展望,这个结尾也可以让一般刚学习雅思的同学借鉴一下。

One of the most chanlleging problems of today’s society is the question who should be responsible for our old people. Firstly, the company can be responsible for their reiired employees. For this reason a special fund could be established. The advantage of this model is, if you belief in the capitalist system, tha tit should be the cheapest solution. A possible problem is that the companies might have vomprtition disadvantage due to higher staff cases. A second solution is that the government has to tale the responsibility for the old people’s care. It can finance this with its tax incomes. Actually, this is the most democratic midel since everybody gets as much money as he or she needs. Unfortunately, as the present situation in our country shows, this solution seems not to work very well. The government can no longer afford suporting all the old peoples. Another way of solving this problem is to give back the responsibility to the individual. That means that everybody has to save money during their working life for the live after their retirement. This seems to be not a very fair model because their will certainly exist people who can’t afford to save part of their aslary. In this case the government would have to care for them. A last solution is to go back to the old model of the“big family”who cares for all their members. I don’t think this is possible in our days society because the family structures have so much changed. T o sum up I have to admitt that I can’t find a really good solution for ths problem. 大连朗阁雅思培训—雅思大作文范文之使用机器人的利弊 Intelligent machines such as robots are increasingly being used. They can do many things that used to be done by human. Discuss the benefits and dangers. For centuries, people have fantasized that someday machines could have intelligence like mankind and work as faithful servants. Today this dream has come true in many fields thanks to rapid development in artificial intelligence research. Wonderful as this seems, machines have problems. To begin with, people lose jobs when machines take their places, especially in the mass production industry such as automobile business. In factories of the famous car company Ford, almost every step of car making is done by giant robots that work faster with higher reliability and precision than human labor. Because of the adoption of robots, thousands of workers are put out of their old jobs and forced to make changes in their work. Even such changes create job opportunities because robots need people to take care of and operate, the number of new jobs is much smaller than that of lost, thus causing huge pressure on the labor market and government. People become less smart because of the wide use of machines in their life. Nowadays people need to use their brain less than they did in the past. Everything is programmed and the only thing we need to do is to push a button or throw on a switch. This has given us great convenience but made us lazier and less smart. Everyone has the awkward moment troubling with the spelling of a simple word when writing with a pen. But with a computer, it will automatically proofread the spelling and grammar of your writing. So people become less concerned with learning things right. This is not a progress but a regress of our intelligence and culture. But machines have many benefits that nobody can deny such as great work efficiency and low cost of mass production. The workload that could take months to finish by manual labor could be done flawlessly by robots in minutes. We have more purchasing power to enjoy a wider variety of goods and services because of the reduction of production costs with factories using machines. Other benefits include that machines could do dangerous jobs for people in high risk businesses like mining and construction. To conclude, machines have many merits that make our life easier and more convenient, but they have caused many problems such as undercutting our job opportunities and overdependence on machines.

Second,with the ever growing number of cars,air quality in urban areas is deteriorating with each passing day.We used to see clear blue sky and breathe fresh air,but now this would be a real luxury.Car exhaust has seriously polluted the air and people’s health is greatly endangered.It seems certain that we human beings have already made a fatal mistake that could only be remedied by bringing down the number of cars hugely. Sure,we can not deny the fact that cars have brought us speed,comfort and greater mobility.However,these have already been history.We are suffering much more from cars than benefiting from them.Our health conditions are going down rapidly both due to the polluted air that we have to breathe every second and our lack of exercise as a result of the ever increasing amount of time we have to spend behind the wheel!
